Bro i am currently searching for a short time calisthenics routine, because i dont have enough money to join to gym, and i heard about calisthenics which dont need any money but can learn cool skills and build muscle, i dont know where to start but i think this routine will help me to start and grow in my calisthenics journey
Is er een mogelijkheid om een assisted pull up te doen zonder met je voeten in de knoop te raken met je schoenen in het elastiek? (Behalve door ze uit te doen) Of moet je dan meer kijken naar pull ups aan een dip bar zodat je je voeten op de grond kan houden?
Well this is pointless. Way better doing one set per exercise but actually put some effort in and go to failure. Break the muscle and let it build. If you want cardio train cardio
