its a small detail that idk if you guys catched but in early episodes when Irving has a wellness session with ms. casey she says he "likes the sound of Radar" and outie irving's dog is named Radar. Rewatching this show is sooo cool because you see so many small details like this that makes complete sense!!
I’ve rewatched this finale through reactions like yours countless times over the last 2 1/2 years and it still hasn’t lost its intensity. It’s a masterpiece in tension and anticipation.
Activities such as how to drive are stored as a type of long-term, subconscious memory, a so-called procedural memory. The innies can also walk and run, use a computer keyboard, and so on. Also, keep in mind that the innies aren't completely without skills and knowledge. Helly R knew that Delaware is a US state, she assumed that some of the symbols on Petey's map were houses (and asked Mark if she was right), and they obviously know how to read. The innies also seem to understand the various references in Ricken's book - and in the Handbook, for that matter! One of the best season finales I've ever seen! Absolute perfection!
Ahh -- great points! And yeah -- seriously one of the best cliffhangers I think I've ever seen. The last three episodes, really. But this one especially. Can't wait for S2.
This has got to be like, the best written show ever written, or at least top 3. It is an absolute masterpiece. This, Shogun, and Arcane are the best three shows in the last half century.

Makes you think a lot more about the other points Ms. Casey told Irving and all the points she told Mark.

So good. The pacing. The reveal. The cliffhanger.
Chef's kiss.
absolute cinema.
you are so lucky you've watched the show at this time. we have been waiting to learn what happens next for 2 years 😭
Ahh -- can't wait for S2. We'll probably do a trailer reaction at some point. But new episodes can't come soon enough.
One of the best cliffhanger endings to a season of tv. SO GOOD.

So good! Cannot wait for the next season.
Imagine waiting nearly 3 years for the next instalment!
And it’s been 2 freaking years since that cliffhanger.
The Helly reveal is so good!
“Contingency” is the word you were looking for Erika 😂
Haha thank you!
Glad you made it to the end! Apparently there's a novella that continues the story in the interim between seasons 1 and 2.
