    Thank you Doctor! This video has inspired me to restart taking better care of myself again. I've used essential oils, starting with YL & leaving them because of an unethical high level distributor, for almost 25 years. My thought is that doTerra believes good quality oils should be priced so they are affordable to people who really need them. It was only today I learned about the scandal & that was my first thought. Why I've taken so long to look at them for my long term SLE neuropathy is beyond me. 🥴 I recently learned about lymph drainage starting at the collar bone, going to the ear lobes, then armpits, stomach, groin, & behind knees. It's made a difference in my legs, reducing swelling & getting rid of cellulite as well as greatly reducing the facial wrinkles of my younger (62 yr old) friend. I share that because I believe it's something that can benefit everyone & you are one of the rare doctors who is truly interested in natural healing. ☮️💞🙏🏼

    It seems I've had less flare-ups since I started using black-seed oil on my feet and taking magnesium-citrate powder (bout half tsp.) daily. I'm off the gabapentin.

      Glad to hear it! Since your peripheral neuropathy is unique (every neuropathy is completely unique), these must be valuable nutrients for your body.

      I only used gabapentin for a short time as I decided the downsides outweighed the benefits. I've used almost everything mentioned in the video & the comments, although for a meningioma brain tumor, not neuropathy... I have black seed oil, unopened because I couldn't remember what I bought it for. Thank you for your comment! I'm still kickin' despite the fact doctors guaranteed I'd be dead by 2007 if I didn't have brain surgery in 2005. I refused surgery because I'm allergic to the metal staples & titanium plates they insisted they'd use. I stopped ingesting additives, preservatives & dyes, used essential oils over the tumor site & started praying more specifically. The tumor stopped growing & the horrific headaches ended. 🙏🏼☮️💞🙏🏼

    Interesting!
    The founders of Do Terra were three guys who defected from Young Living, and betrayed Dr. Gary Young after he taught them everything he knew.
    Anyhow, Doc. Thank you for making this video. The bones in my sons spine are fusing. He had a spinal injury about 20 years ago, and he woke up the other day and could not move his legs. I am putting something together for him now.

      Thanks for the insights into Do Terra. I like both companies and look for the best products to be utilized by my patients and my family.
      Best of luck with your son as this is a scary process.

      I thank you for the well wishes for my son.
      Don't get me wrong. I think DoTerra has great products. How could they NOT. After all, the Founders were taught by the great Dr. Gary Young. I am truly disappointed that I am unable to use their products because the company was founded on betrayal. Integrity is very important.
      I, too, wish you well, Doc!
      Peace!

    Also Holy Basil oil it blocked all types of pain and lowers the pain threshold. It lowers a substance called substance P that conducts pain.
    The best lavender for pain is spike lavender as the rest are ok but not as good for pain.

    Will these help numbness also?

    • @NeuropathyDoctor
      @NeuropathyDoctor  Год назад +1

      In most cases it will not improve numbness, but can improve the "discomfort" that some find from the numbness. I hope that makes sense since being "numb" isn't always a problem, but in some individuals the "numbness" is quite uncomfortable. I consider this two distinct presentations.
