    What RPE do you use on most strength training movements??

      @@divyansh6574 Anywhere between 7-9, so 8 I guess. Anything below 6 is a warm up.

    Do you really need plyometrics? plyometrics have a skill component, just practice your sport.

      I wouldn't say you 'need' any training modality, apart from your sport. However, plyometrics are without doubt a valuable tool for athletes.

      @@wilarz89 plyometrics can be used in multiple ways, but the primary benefit will be improving you reactive strength index i.e. you’re ability to produce force quickly. An essential general skill for sport from sprinting to changing direction.
