    yh, i also think sissy squats are really good for nearly isolated quads especially if you dont have a leg extension machine if you workout at home or smth

    jeah - well put on 10-20 pounds of lean mass per shoulder to protect them from that. Also pls revisit your technique - that's not how external rotations are done.

    Exercises like good mornings and stiff-legged deadlifts would cover the long lenth issue, i think. No one, when running at least, flexes the knee when the hip is in flexion. Its primarily hip exntension at that point

      Love good mornings and stiff-legs, but they’re hip extension hamstring movements. You need knee flexion dominant movement patterns too, as the knee flexors are the most common region of injury in athletes

    Hey dude, good stuff! Two questions: 1) why don't you include plate neck extension in step 1 and only introduce iso neck extentions in step 2? Isn't that like saying do squats first and once you've progressed there you can start doing hamstring iso holds? 2) Why the tucked chin on the isometric neck extensions? I feel like putting the head in a more neutral position (ie chin slightly higher up) is more productive and actually challenges you to contract the neck extensors. Cheers and keep up the good work!

      Wow you have SO MUCH to learn. Start off by looking at boxers, mixed martial artists. Or basketball players. Ask yourself why even the best of the best aren't looking like Mr. Olympias despite being training harder than 99.99% of the population and having money and time to train. Ask yourself why bodybuilders never seem to do well to make it on their level. Ask yourself why it's a meme for Bradley "I'm 260 tho" Martin to fight professional fighters. Ask yourself why every pro fighter knows they will wipe the floor with Bradley Martin the bodybuilder. Bigger aesthetic muscles =/= athletic muscles.
