Bassman 5f6a clone in 1x12 cabinet, inside look

Bassman 5f6a is a clone tube amp in a smaller cabinet with 1x12 inches speaker. Circuit is almost identical to 59 version of bassman with only few differences.

Nice job! I've built a few of the 5f6-a Bassmans and nothing compares. It's very possible Millstap is responsible for my builds, his amp has the best tonal palate for my tastes. Your use of Vishay and Mersten (F&T) caps probably had a lot to do with the fantastic results.

Thanks a lot! Bassman sound is exceptional and easy to control unlike 5e3. I've used in this built Illinois and indeed F&T caps. I also went for carbon resistors except 10k in PI which was giving scratchy noise. Soon I will test it with Jensen ceramic speaker while currently it has Weber alnico (only 30 Watts) which I pulled out from deluxe. I am still searching for good speaker ~50 Watts to this amp.
