amazing! i was about to lose hope...I followed the steps you introduced and found the unsaved screen recording I had from QuickTime Player via the Screen Recordings folder. What happened was that I accidentally pressed "Quit" after recording and not "Stop," hence the file was not saved. But I found it through your help. Thank you so much!

I accidentally clicked delete when finishing recording instead of saving it. I tried your method but there’s nothing in either autosaved folder/ screens recording folder under Library😢 my macOS has been updated to Ventura 13.2.1 a while ago. Are you able to find out the solution please? It’s a very important screen recording🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
