Thanks mate. This type of riding definitely gives me the skills to ride my CRF Rally anywhere an adventure bike wants to go... and some places it shouldn't.
@Shonky Productions 100% agree, my friends are always amazed by how I can ride the 300 and do everything they do on their dirt scooters, granted I race hard enduros and sprint Enduros on the YZ250X, but the skills transfer very nice for sure🤘🏾
Hey-zeus crease-tay, that looks like dinosaur country! The more of your videos I watch, the more comfortable I get riding on my little service roads solo! You guys are lovely lunatics.
Thanks. I use to always mix it up and ride both equally, but for the last 12 months I was purely doing adventure stuff and by bike skills, fitness and endurance suffered. I am going to include more enduro in my riding schedule to keep me in shape. I'm lucky that I have both bikes. I had had to choose just one, it might be adventure... just because it opens up so much more riding.
I probably could have taken the rally on 60-70% of it, but no way could it have done some of the hills... both up and down! I was man-handling a thin106kg enduro bike and was only just able to get it through.
Trust us... we will enjoy our adventure bikes even more on our next adventure ride. Doing this style of riding helps keep our bike skills up for when we encounter obstacles on the adventure bikes, and over all, improves our fitness.
Fair bit of four bashing going on this last 12-18 months. I own both. Both styles of bikes offer different things for the rider. Don’t get sucked into the 2t vs 4t shit show. Easy option which I do is own both.
Definitely no 4stroke bashing from us. We met a group of A-grade enduro guys in the bush, on that hard hill that I didn't film. They were all on 4strokes and rode straight past us, as we were struggling on our 2strokes.
Tell Mark, thanks for the invite. Don't worry Thursday won't be as hard.
Haha... I need to get my bike fitness back!
Excellent
Those trails look great.
9.40. I'm sure that's going to be me soon. just got the CRF450RL pickup next week.
Awesome, congratulations!
Great video as always.
Thanks mate, this one really took it out of me. I'm going to have to do more of this to keep me in shape!
And this is why we dominate our Rallys💪🏾😎ENDURO 4 LIFE!!!! Awesome vid Mate!

Haha... that really was dinosaur country in those valleys. I was secretly wishing for a nice flat service road to appear... but it never did.
Great vid , awesome singles . Decision time - Adventure or enduro bike?

Great vid. Now that was an intense ride that you handled well. Do you think you could have done it with your 300 Rally?

Great fun al little bit beyond my pay grade on the 300 😅
Haha... thanks Tony. I was feeling a little out of my depth on this ride.
You still got it....
Haha... It took me a little while to get back in touch with my two stroke skills. By the end of the day I was feeling a lot more comfortable.
Would it not be quicker without the bike? Just kidding. I like your vids, thanks!
Haha... definitely in some sections! And... as Dave showed, you can leave your bike at any time and continue down the hill on your own!
At my age ,I can still ride dual sport ,but this would be suicide for me.
I guess, deep down that's what I was trying to figure out for myself. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed it... just need to work on my fitness!
😂😂 that ride needed some little Beta trials bikes😂😂
Ohhh... I could have defiantly used a trials bike for some off it and been better off!
I'm pretty sure if bikes like those are the answer, rather than a 300 Rally and 990 Adv, then you're asking the wrong question....
