Fixing A Misfire On My Grand Marquis With CHEAP eBay / Amazon Coils - Are They Any Good?

In this video I will walk you through the steps of testing and diagnosing a failed coil on the Ford / Lincoln / Mercury 4.6 WITHOUT a scan tool. I give examples of what I'm listening for, and also show what you would see if you were using a scan tool - using the Ford Power Balance Test. After the last video where I took the Lifted Grand Marquis off road I was having coil issues, which we fixed, but not completely, I install some cheap eBay / Amazon coil packs to try them out to see if they are any good - so you don't have to! Damnnnnnn, that's a lot of dried up mud in there. ROFL. I'd drop that small amount to test them as well. Wouldn't be out much if they fail. Bonus that they didn't this time. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah Im still kicking mud out of the bumpers and all over. It was packed! As for the coils, I figure I've wasted way more on stupider things, so what harm was $26... Plus it satisfies that question of how good can they really be for that cheap. Time will tell. Thanks for watching!!
