@delvoncoke6943 the rate you're paying your employees is that for hauling? I guess with benefits the $26.50 is great. We pay $30/hr no benefits for hauling they are independent contractors though. Do you hire independent contractors or you prefer W2 employees?

Listen brother I absolutely love the interviews. This one reminds me of the young brother from Milwaukee. My only complaint is the discrepancies in the numbers this brother throwing out. He said he made 18k in Buffalo but and he made almost $200 per hour. My math at 2 and a half days still don’t give me nowhere near 18k. We gotta be more truthful when doing these interviews. The truck&hustle is phenomenal and I absolutely appreciate these interviews but come on man it’s obvious some of these brothers ain’t doing what they saying.

Thank you for the comments and feedback. In the interview I should of been more informative about the Buffalo emergency storm. Allow me to clarify for the Truck N Hustle community. We were subcontracted to haul snow for 24 hours a day per truck. We hauled for approximately 90 hours total in that 2 and half day span. If everyone has any questions about dump trucking or entrepreneurship leave a comment or email me, thank you
