Grandma did this video. I think this was close to Utah salt lake area. Filming in late afternoon and early evening allows for some of the effects I think. Her first video of Shield was done by Grandma too and in the same manner. It ends with a bon fire in the dessert area late evening.

Some have said it’s the American Southwest, but I don’t believe they’d made it to the US when she was that young. The video was one of those made by her grandmother, Mery Zamani, who is from Iran and they have been known to visit. That’s my educated guess anyways Edit: It turns out I was wrong about her traveling to the US that young. I still think it’s far more likely they traveled to Iran, than Utah.

Hello 🙂 It was shot at the salt flats in Utah. The surrounding scenery bears a striking resemblance to the moon I think. Or at least how I envision it in daylight 😂

I have also been to Yellowstone twice, and it looks like nothing I've seen there either. I have not been to the Dead Sea, but from the video and pictures I've seen it doesn't look like anything in those. Nor have I been to Death Valley, though again it doesn't resemble any video footage or photos I've seen. That's not to say that it couldn't still be one of those, for obviousl reasons, I haven't seen every inch. But I know there are many deserts with geysers.
