Nigerians, should stop deceiving yourselves that all the diasporas are Nigerians. Slave trade started in Ghana so many years before extending to other countries and not only Nigeria. Everybody's genealogy is a mixture of so many countries. Even we the Africans are a mixture of different countries. Because people were moving around everywhere. So wherever the diasporas feel comfortable to live, that's where they go.

Land is one of the quickest ways to build generational wealth for your kids and family. If you build a nice home on land you can only lease, what's the point? At some point "YOU" are enriching the land owner and their family. There is always an end to a lease. Ownership is permanent! For me and my family this is not GOOD, but a huge waste of money. In some places this is called a scam.
