I watched the movie for the first time last week and oh my god when the graveyard scene played I got the most chills I’ve ever had in my life, and this cover absolutely made my day and I’m for real boutta get a flamenco just to learn this😍

In retrospect, yes. At the time these spaghetti westerns were considered overly violent and a bit ridiculous. That’s why they could only get a TV actor (Eastwood). Leone was definitely a visionary to be so ambitious and not toe the line.

Nice playing! Ennio was one of the most underrated musical composers in history. His use of various “odd/unusual” instruments in his mix of classical style melodic music was pure genius. Many of the songs he composed for Movie Soundtracks have become classics on their own. Thanks for playing this awesome piece!
