2 years ago on my 68th birthday I was feeling pretty good because my joints were not aching as much as they usually did. I had just finished my Tai Chi class and was wearing my Yang period training outfit. So for the first time I decided to practise my Goju Ryu Kata wearing it. I must say it felt strange to wear kung fu shoes but I enjoyed the difference. - Graham Ravey
