  • Curating a routine that concludes each day with a sense of accomplishment has been a challenge I've been addressing for the past year. Throughout this video, we explore how my routine has developed and how I utilise this change to be more productive.
    It feels weird putting myself out there like I've done so in this video, but I hope it demonstrates that I've experienced either side of the spectrum in regards to personal wellbeing.

      Lots of people have school and work but also do things like exercise and meditate, if these are priorities for you you'll find ways to fit them into your schedule.

    i don't know what it is about this guy but iv'e been feeling pretty shitty my some of my friends have died recently and my brother but i watch Luca and i see his videos and it makes me want to figure things out for myself, and try to create a path for my future and the more i watch his videos the more motivated i get. i cant thank him enough for the things he has said. now i don't feel like the only one that has been rock bottom before

    Going to the gym was my thing about a year ago because I was about 171lbs when I started which I was heavy for someone who is 5’7 like myself. I decided to make changes within myself. Now I am around 158lbs which is about 13 pounds.

    This was a very much needed video bro. My lifestyle and mindset is exactly how you were in 2019 and I’ve been trying to change that by in cooperating exercise or meditation.       That is honestly what scares me when i see ppl who really have a busy schedule. Some of them just simply take it too far and sometimes even end up forgetting to enjoy life. I started worrying about this ever since i was little as my mom has always been that classic workoholic and as a consequece would never have time for enjoyment or giving my young self some attention. Even nowadays there will be times when the stress from her job will cause her to suddenly and unnecessarily release all that anger and frustration on me. I hope i never become that type of person.
      Oh and BTW, i'm not trying to say that this guy (from the video) does not enjoy life, i'm just talking about how some ppl end up forgetting to do so and it worries me...

    i had asked for another meal video like a month ago but this is way better. I have been going through similar changes like you. This video made me reflect on all my decisions made for my health and mental well being and I am happy where i am at right now . like you i hated waking up in the morning but now, i feel empty if i do not wake up at 6 to go to the gym. it’s a struggle everyday but i feel way better about my self and less depressed if i do it . cheers to a new lifestyle 👏🏼

    This is so awesome bro, keep going! I started walking during the pandemic to help with my own mental health as things became worse and worse here in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦🍁 but it turned into running and now I run and do resistance bands. Great to see that you’re having success, I’m slightly behind you in terms of results but keep going man 😊🙌

    My day to day routine:
    Hit snooze on the alarm clock a few times.
    Eventually get out of bed.
    Shower and stuff.
    Make coffee.
    Go to work.
    Stay at work for about 13 hours.
    After work drink 1 to 3 beers.
    Watch a few YT videos.
    Eat some food.
    Sleep.
    Repeat all the above until retirement.

    Hey man thanks for putting out this video. I definitely agree with what you said about waking up earlier and starting a routine. Around February this year I decided I was done feeling terrible every day. I was almost 240 pounds and felt like a slug. Well I began exercising a lot more and watching what I eat and I’m down to 178 lbs. it’s still a work in progress but I feel so much better now. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

    Never underestimate the value of walking. It's like the easiest thing anybody can do to lose weight. I've lost 18 pounds in the last two months in part by walking to class everyday. Once I started walking, I eventually got back into the gym and made changes to my diet to kick my weight loss into high gear. It's much easier to lose weight if you make gradual adjustments to your lifestyle, and not going straight into a clean diet and a demanding exercise regimen.

    Lmao if for an American waking up at 6:00 is hard and too much, considering how many things he have time to do, I wonder does he even have a job? Or only YT income?
    Bcs my college lessons starts at 8:00 and I'm waking up everyday at 6:00, prepare fast meal, teeth, face washing, clothes, leaving, waiting for train, getting to the college for 1 hour and that's it
    I literally have 1 hour to do everything before leaving to college

    I don't know who this guy is addressing. What does this guy DO, other than being, I presume, an influencer. My impression is that most guys are working a weekly nine-to-five job (with commuting an addition), with responsibilities outside those hours. I guess it's for those dudes who somehow have lots of free time and spend a lot of time thinking about themselves.

    I've been following you for year's on youtube, but somehow i "ignored" your channel :D Recently i started to actually watch and enjoy your content.
    Since i started to incorporate a certain time in the morning to get out of bed, my mental health has begun to improve. I cut my hair way to short a couple of days ago, it is now barely at shoulder length...this fact has added up to my depression + it gets dark so soon in the afternoon, but hey: youtube is kind of able to distract me...eventhough i should be studying for multiple exams in psychology:D

I’m in a routine of rinsing my hair (cold water only) everyday so I’m able to apply product and essentially tame my hair. It looks wild as yours in the thumbnail.     i use to play all day and eat for 4 years i gained 10 kg during 2020 lock down
    and this week i started going to gym
    i wake up play piano then play some video games then go to gym from 2PM till PM then i take a hot bath and play video games again then do yoga and sleep

      Hi Mark, just thought I'd copy + paste my response to a similar question as this:
      It'd honestly have to be a video in itself (which, I don't really want to make for the sake of needless controversy) but to paint a very brief picture: I was vegan for 4 years and initially, I LOVED the change.
      I'm still entirely in favour of a vegan, eco-friendly lifestyle, but after several years, it started to cross my mind whether incorporating animal foods would make me feel better physically and psychologically.
      It's still very early days to give a full statement on where I stand with this but I'm leaning toward saying that I do feel better. I find that I feel physically stronger and more capable while I go about my days with far more clarity than what I did before.
      It's also worth noting that I will be returning to Veganism at some point in the near future to assess whether this change is conclusive. I suppose you could say that the biggest motivation behind the switch is self development + discovery.
