I'm not saying i don't learn things from other channels but the information you teach i always actually learn something different. It's not just the same stuff over and over again.
Back in the day. We raced every where in our area. Track street. I can only remember the buicks running turbos, factory. We where mostly street racers. So not many big money guys. We where either normally aspirated or nitrous. I finally went to nitrous that stuff was violent. I was young and learning. With not much money. I did have fun. And learned a lot. Still learning thanks to people like Ben. Thanks Ben!
No substitute for experience for sure and you found this out and can easily pick out a real thing from a pretender to be a racer! Thanks Steve for tuning in.
Ben you're absolutely right about the sound, I remember those 8000+ RPM burnout's you did at TI, it's really unfortunate that soon we (American people) won't be able to choose the cars that we want to drive (Especially in California) I'm going to miss all the freedoms that we once had!!!
@@benalamedaracing2765 I don't think so, I'm 58 YRS. old so I'm not computer savvy (One of my daughters set up my accounts...Facebook, IG, and Twitter) It's embarrassing but true!!!
Love the video Ben! Awesome to see track footage and you working on these cars. I look forward to knowing how you spec a nitrous engine and how you go about the tuning window. Cheers from Australia
Thanks Patrick. Do you guys think doing track videos really informative and interesting? Some people say pictures say a thousand words perhaps I should also do this format.
@@benalamedaracing2765 I enjoy being able to see you and your team work together and have you explain the real world examples right in front of us. Also seeing the cars perform is even more of a testament to how well you can set up cars. Either way, I will be watching any new videos you put out as this knowledge is not something you come across very often, so thank you for producing quality like this.
Exactly why im building a NA car buddy, its challenging. Could you do a segment on camshaft profile selection and details on specs to look for, lobe sep, intake centerline, ect... cam timing events ect... on NA high rpm high compression builds. Thanks brother i enjoy your videos.
Matt, when we get your stuff is when I will showcase what we will do and hopefully go to the dyno and post some numbers then take it home to Kentucky and kick butt! lol
Sounds very accurate and agree somewhat. The reason being when at the track between rounds we fine tune to keep the performance at its peak. If I was in the shop great but at the track between round by round thrashing around got no time to spare cutting plugs. I use the plug reader and look down the porcelain for hints of what it is trying to tell me.
Had to post this video early morning here in Vegas after having some difficulties editing this video. I wanted it done because I only posted one video for almost a month!

Thank you sir for tuning in to my channel.

I miss those fun days @ TI and today it is slowly dwindling to almost nothing good to race at! Are we connected @ Facebook?

Do not feel bad I am still stumbling around this high tech computer stuff! lol
Excellent video, thanks Ben!
Thank you.
Always learning from you mang Ben!.. God bless po!
Salamat and did you see the color of the plugs? That is what we have to get after a clean cut run.

Another great video
We always cut the threads off and read the porcelain- then assess the whole plug.

another great video ben , THANK YOU
Thanks MIke!
I was just wondering when you’d throw a video up 😊
It has been very hot and had to work from inside the home not the garage.
thanks Ben!
Can you do a video on Air cleaner vs non air cleaner for performance?
Ok that is a good idea and have good experience with them!
Do you cut spark plugs apart to look for things also? Thanks for the great videos.
No need I just use my plug reader up close and without one I try to eye it very close and look for specs and the general tone of the plug color.
@@benalamedaracing2765 OK thanks
Nitrous drugstore love. Turbo is better 24/7 never have wait for prescription to be filled. Not 7to7 pharmacy
Yes sir I prefer the turbo specially with E85 or some alcohol fuel and we both get the effect of boost and cool fuel!

So much money in plugs, plus fuel then paying 4 bens knowledge, wow, my thought is if a man can do it i can to, i guess i fly by the seat of my pants
Racing is very expensive at this level and I have been lucky to be involve with good racecars.
