After replacing Rack, I have that pulsating, ,like a surge intermittent. Sounds like the guy with short hair

I replace all my rack and pinion and when I start my rzr Polaris XP 4 2014 it turns one way

I have a xp1000. My steering doesn’t feel like it has much if any assist. There is no warning light for this showing on the dash. I pull a new rack on this winter and made sure to line up the marks on the rack & shaft. I read something about pulling the steering wheel and if the nut is too tight it will make it hard to turn. Any suggestions or advice??

My 2020 has the problem suspension is locked in red and power steering is not working after replacing with a new battery and jump started it. Apparently jumped starting it kills the power steering. I’m lost don’t know what to do.
