This video is so funny to me because first it’s me laughing at xQc, and then it’s me actually learning something from Kyle demonstrating in his DAW. Love it.
This just popped up in my recommendeds, but I am actually a noobie trying to learn how to make beats in FL, just listening to your comments on his attempts actually helped a lot (like I never realized you can make your beats in one pattern then split it by channel, that helps so much lol). I'll be checking out your other videos for more tips. Thank you!
If u didn’t know xqc actually kept doing this stuff for a while after this, don’t think he does anymore but he definitely got a lot better. Also the dude helping him is another streamer named pokelawls who is super cool
PLEASE make a super beginners course! I literally just started using FL studio 2 days ago and sometimes i wanna blow my brains out..... Love the content, keep it up!
You will soon find it so easy trust me, 6 years ago it took me a week or 2 to make a song, now I've had 3 songs on the radio, 1 which took me 90 minutes to make. Beleive in yourself
3:35 Yes dude, especially as a beginner, just keep it all in the same pattern so it's easier to begin building out... A full pattern lol. Whoever it is that's walking him through this is not thinking about trying to be as beginner friendly as possible. It's just funny to watch a beginner stumble around and do stuff that is only going to make it harder for himself to learn how to produce beats lmao.
yeah, and even if you're more advanced, but I guess at that point it's more of a preference, but separating the channels is really only important for arranging, and that's one of the final steps to making a beat, so it's really kinda useless to do it in the beginning
Man i be using flstudios for a few years, i started on mobile and when i saved up money i got a pc. Even though i cant still make melodies and mostly use loops and midis
I was hoping so bad that he would judge his end beat where he had " you know I'm just your boy, and you know I'm just so sorry" Cause I legit can't get that of my head.
Really nice video. I recently started experimenting with beat making and I just saw everything I did getting laughed on 😂 will definitely take advices from this channel
I hope we can encourage xQc to continue producing beats, I think he is a naturally talented individual and if he really chooses to spend his time making beats he can make a good song
Oddly enough I decided to make beats because of you. when you made tutorials on fl mobile. It was about 2018 I bought fl mobile and started to make beats and man was it the best decision I made. 🙏I hope more people start to make beats after xqc tried.
Kyle, Im somewhat new to making beats but I have a great start!! You need to make a tutorial on useful keybinds you often use in fl studios it what not only help me but a lot of others in my position!!
Yo Kyle the "Super Beginner course" would actually help people. I remember when I first started it was almost impossible to find good videos for beginners
Watching all of his streams learning fl studio was so much fun lol. It got me interested in learning as well. Pokelawls is the friend teaching him here and later on another friend Jesse comes in too.
Aye I’d love that beginner tutorial, kinda just figuring it out too. Currently on fl’s free trial and need to export the file every time because nothing saves😂
You can't rate music. 9:40 "He has a decent taste in music"... like wtf? Music is an art. There is no good and bad. If one single person likes it, it's good.
@@Tektitictie It may sound bad for you, but maybe not for someone else. It’s the same thing with paintings… some hate it and some love it but you can’t rate it.
XQc have to learn so much to how to make not looped, simplefied melodies, rythms. Especially in fl studio. But,the very first basic to do that,is a piano vst in fl studio. Thats how i learned too,how to write good melodies. And as we know, most producers Always start every music with piano, because that is the probably most cleanest ,and easiest way to start writing melodies. I hope Kyle can take XQ under his wings, even if just yt videos, look,he really into music creation,so why not.
I saw this live. I'll admit, I was getting triggered watching Poke not explain some really basic things to him that would really help him understand things easier haha.
Pro producer really said: you only side chain really for an effect. Ummmmm if you say so😂 you don't make much dnb then. Side chain is crucial. If you dont sidechain your sub to your kick, it will drain out of the mix, doesn't go for every genre but if you are making stuff like drum and Bass or garage, you want to side chain your lows on your kick. Maybe a bit controversial but I also sidechain my hat group to a kick snare group to allow the kick n snare to punch through. Not a massive amount of side chain, just a light side chain. Maybe -2 -3db
Please dude find the time to do a beginner class i would honestly pay money to learn from you! I’m looking at buying a Mac soon for producing music and if I had the opportunity to be coached by one of the best in my opinion I’d be over the moon and very humbled by it💯

He already gave up LMAO

Get XQC a license for the drip plugin 😆 Too bad he stopped making beats on stream. He's a fast learner.

he does it off stream in his own time now

To be honest, he did ALOT better than I did my first time on FL. I didn't even know the playlist existed...
He had someone there with him telling him what to do, if he wasn't there I bet xqc would be just as bad lol
if you have like poke as a friend you will learn same way same fast
@@randomsav2209 oooh that makes sense, you're right 😂

It might be confusing at first but you'll get there. my advice is to just take baby steps and not try to learn everything at once.
@Snowy Galaxy that's awesome:)
@Snowy Galaxy Do you have any beats/songs out?
I would want to see you flip a melody that XQC makes and get one of your artists on to make a song. I think that would be dope
The one helping him is pokelawls, he is also a streamer and makes music, but mostly ironic rap songs and stuff

When the biggest streamer out of no where starts making beats, means anybody using fruity loops can do it
he needs that secret sauce! 😁 I remember them days. i been on fl studio for about 3 years. it just keeps getting better.
I recently got into Fl studio because of Xqc and now I am binge watching all the FL studio content on RUclips

Will be following for the upcoming "super beginner tutorial".

The guy teaching him is pokelawls, you should check out some of his music, it’s actually super good for a streamer, his streams are also great content
bro where have u been, it is so cool
You should do a starter video cos I know simple beats but I get stuck on all the stock stuff and I get lost then is simply sounds pants at the end
tbh even one effect on beat is already lit, simple shit are good
*You hear the sidechain though?* 😂
i felt like im watching a human from stone age learning about mobile phones

I mean, you dont side chain for effect, in electronic music you side chain let the kick punch tru the mix
xQc definitely needs music classes
