Would be fantastic if Stan would get on the Joe Rogan podcast, who would like to see that? Would be a very broad audience and Stan is certainly a character to behold and on such a high level at what he does.
Definitely some audio issues but y'all should keep in mind this was thrown together like the day before as a free seminar (I'm pretty sure). People probably pay the Rhino heaps of cash for an hour or two consultation and we're getting a couple hours of wisdom completely free of cost
It's good to see a top level Powerlifter and BB, with a formal education, as well as practical application, giving solid advice and information. Thanks Mark and Rhino.
Great seminar. I always repeat the question from the students when I teach a class. It helps in 2 areas. First, I confirm that I answer the correct question. Second, I’m facing the group and have the mic so everyone hears me.
I just want to say that I really appreciate this advice being put out in the public realm. This is absolutely gold and very generous of Stan and Mark to share. Thanks Team Supertraining!
Still great information, probably watch this every other year to refresh my memory. Been on a "science based" videos only the past 2 yrs and this is still quality.
A lot of negative people, doubting. But as an amature I feel extreme differences in performance based on my sodium and carb intakes. Glad to hear some support behind what my body was responding to
Everything in my college dining hall has canola oil. It disgusts me and I dab everything with a napkin to get it off but it still pisses me off that they force you to get a meal plan for the first year.
The last story by Mark really shows the kind of person he is. As always Rhino is impressive but I think Mark actually just topped him for the first time right here! You can’t fake that kind of passion.
Mark, I really enjoyed the seminar. I've seen a lot of negative comments on here. I guess ya can't make everyone happy. Keep on keepin on. Big Fan. Love the info you and the Rhino put out. Strength is never a weakness.
Both of these were fantastic! Thank you Stan and Mark for this. I am the old guy at the gym (lol)...seeing and hearing all of this is the greatest! Thank you Both!
Stan and Mark are brilliant, the fact that this info is free is amazing, thank you guys for doing this, it is much appreciated and valued, you guys are the best!
Rhino and Smelly, Thanks so much for this PRO wisdom! not bro science. I took notes and will implement. It's so valuable, I really appreciate that you give it to us on the web like this.
Incredible information for freeeeee!!! I wonder if Stan has read 'Deep nutrition'? His philosophy is highly correlated with Kate's book, and indeed the Weston Price philosophy in general. The difference here, however, is that he embodies and exemplifies the vigour that most of us seek. Since watching this I have gone back to my old ways of a gallon of milk a day coupled with steak mince and rice...the mad thing for me is that I was 18 stone ripped when i used to do that, yet somehow got brainwashed by 'experts' to drop milk altogether, and cut red meat down to once a week (Dropping to a lean 16 stones at one point!). Thanks for the slap in the face wake up call Rhino :-)
Do you have any different advice for a person (I'm 54 yr old male) on Warfarin/Coumadin (blood thinner) regarding training, diet, sodium intake, etc. for the purpose of changing body composition through gaining lean muscle? Is nitric oxide helpful or unsafe?
Not entirely sure about the reasoning behind all of Stan's recommendations, but damn does his vertical dieting apporach work. Try it out. For me it's been a game changer.
Hi! i have a hearing disorder so i have big problem in hearing what's being told. So i wonder if anyone who has listened to this seminar can tell me if he talks about his 20 rep training style? i'm very curious about it. I Know he recommend 20 rep squats but does he do it for the rest of the body too?
Random Question, but if anyones got some 2 cents let me know Im 202lbs, 21 yrs old, 6ft2 and I strength train (For about a year now) Why is it that every time I eat, I get extremely bloated in the stomach to the point where it looks like I'm fucking pregnant. Any time I'm full, its constant bloating. Im not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but its very annoying wearing a tighter top, fitting it perfectly, then grabbing a dinner and just having to suck in your stomach all night because of this bloating. I don't over eat, so I'm not sure whats the cause. Also, I do eat fairly clean. My version of a cheat meal is just a chocolate granola bar.
Can somebody clarify this post workout carb drink with sodium and caffeine? I heard 100mg of caffeine. What is the source of sodium? A pill? How many mgs?
50g fructose, 50g dextrose, 600-900mg of sodium ,and 100mg of caffeine. You can find all that stuff on amazon for cheeeeap. He said he used sodium tabs
hey man what is the link you gave out ? food map? the one to get from google all the chart from the foods that are healthy are not, and the ones that produce a lot of gas, if someone can please post the link, thanks
Hi Mark and Stan, what would be suitable alternatives (or combination of alternatives) to provide a similar nutritional profile to that of Beef ? In my country, Beef is really expensive and costly. Cheers.
When I was on a pee protein powder with high sodium (4%). I started looking like a freaking zombie in the face fairly quickly. Gray and like a farmer had plowed my face. I mean I literally looked like I was going to die within a year. I got a lot better when I stopped but it did do permanent damage. My face aged like crazy. I was below 5 grams/day from the protein powder + regular diet.
Some day I'll eat steak every day, in the mean time chicken legs on the bone are 79 cents a pound and taste great with a little seasoning in the crock pot
I don't know what kind of markets you all have around you but if the steak gets to expensive for you beef heart is about a third of the price and loaded with extra nutrients. Dont be freaked it out if you like beef tongue you'll like heart.
Its all gonna depend on the individual some people will need more than others. i actually asked stan about sleep, he said he just used to write down when he went to sleep and when he woke up. that doesnt necessarily tell you how long you slept but it does give you a number that you can average out over time and pay attention to. He also said he recorded how many times he peed too.
Tiger Crooks He talks alot about sleep in the first episode of this seminar its ok his youtube channel. Basically what he said was sleep within your circadian rythym (10pm - 6am) ish and get around 7-8 hours of quality deep sleep in the right conditions (pitch black room etc)
Stan it's simple, train hard every day, push as much weight as you can, every day, eat well, get sleep and repeat. Good genetics help as well, and then may be you might be as strong one day to be able to bench press what I can curl, just maybe.
Would be fantastic if Stan would get on the Joe Rogan podcast, who would like to see that? Would be a very broad audience and Stan is certainly a character to behold and on such a high level at what he does.
I've tagged frequently, just takes a couple hundred people to do it. Eventually the pair will be made.
Let’s tell joe
I think about that podcast every day. Hope to see it soon.
Mark Bell was at JRE and Rogan wasn't impressed with his bro science.

Cow.
What creative study has come out recently that says it doesn’t effect ATP levels?
What kind of a year round stack did stan running? Trt on 200mg of test only? Or did he also add in some hgh?
200mg isn't TRT for everyone. I've seen it put people in the 1500 level.
