I travel to BGC regularly from London. From my experience, BGC & Dubai are two cities I can walk around in at night without fearing for my safety or having to worry about drunk people bothering me.
When I was in Manila, I noticed that all the dishes were really nicely plated, all the dishes looked extra beautiful. The restaurants really put a lot of effort in presentation.

I've been watching your videos for awhile in San Diego, New York, Vegas with ActionKid.
I enjoyed this BGC video so much since I've never been there yet and you gave me ideas where to go. I watched several videos from others around BGC area but I found yours to be informative since you tried some nice restaurants/bar and cozy places to hang out. BGC did not exist yet at the time I left Manila and was so excited to watch your vlog. Thank you so much Jaycation for featuring BGC and will wait for your next videos.

There's a Las Flores by 25th St. Apt 1B by Arya Residences, Wholesome Table at High Street and a Dean and DeLuca near Track 30th. Also get Caramia ube white chocolate gelato ❤ Happy Eating 👍
I have to admit as a local Manila man, BGC is nice place to stay for a few days but I find it very limited and boring after a few days staying in it. If you want to experience the Filipino experience you have to venture out and see several islands attractions and scenery. This is where the our islands really shines. BGC has good American eats though. Love the burgers and Fajitas @ Chilis in BGC, reminds me back home in Arizona.
It literally doesn’t make sense to accuse a RUclipsr of doing something “for the views.” That’s like accusing an author of writing a book because “they just want people to read it.” No duh. And you are Filipino-American. Why WOULDN’T you document this trip? That’s just silly.

One thing that always surprises me in Manila (in the nice areas) is the quality of sushi, even at the food courts, its pretty good, especially for the price.
I tried Hawker Chan in Singapore, it was pretty bad (tried an outlet at the food court at Gardens by the bay but it wasn't a busy foodcourt so I think food sat out and quality wasn't like the OG ones). Yours looked way better.
The barber done a great job. I'm really enjoying this style of video as its great hanging out with you n seeing what you get up to on your trip. P.s I saw some fun looking trips on Viator Manila that might make a good day out for you?

I lived in alabang but whenever we have a long weekend holiday, i go to BGC for staycation than going abroad.

No, none of them are here. They do have Chilis and TGIF's and Denny's which I have to admit makes any American Denny's look and taste bad. And I have live in the West Coast for 40 yrs plus and the Denny's here in Alabang (Exclusive neighborhood) kinda richy was out of this world, they do chicken, pancakes and chicken steak right and the servings were huge and the ingredients farm fresh, no soggy tomatoes or lettuce.

From many first generation filipino-americans, this is the typical Philippines trip. Stay in Makati or BGC (or with relatives), hang at the malls, visit relatives, and a trip to the islands. Gotta love that purchasing power of the American dollar over there!
