Ginny, my Italian grandmother from Naples believed 200 % in the workings of the evil eye. When I was born I supposedly was a gorgous baby and my nanny was fearful I would be cursed by someone's jeallousy. She immediately pinned Holy metals on my baby undershirt. If someone was complimented on their beauty you always added God bless you,to show you mean no harm. If you suspect someone is putting the evil eye on you you put your hand under the table in the devil horn position of pinkie and pointer fingers out and point the horns to the person to deflect the evil. I have intense green eyes and have been known to scare the hell out of people with just an eye lock that meant buisness. Who knew eyes could be a weapon. I wear a cimmaruta around my neck for protection. This was a fun subject for me. Thanks ginny!

I enjoy hanging several evil eyes around my home & have several accessories that feature the evil eye as well, but in particular I have hung many in my bedroom & over my bed. In addition to the lovely work that they do, I think that seeing them & knowing they are there promotes better & more restorative sleep.

In Mexico to we have this belief of, el mal de ojo, and children are really susceptible.we also have cleansing rituals for these curses. a lot of them involving rosemary palo santo and bay leaf

What do you think of wearing Tigers eye for the same protection? It's one of my stones of the year in in research it has a strong protection energy so I've been carrying it with me and am thinking I should maybe get a larger stone on a necklace or maybe ear rings.

I wore 2 evil eye pieces of jewelry to help deflect it and they both broke, out of nowhere, within a matter of days from each other! I knew what that meant. I had just moved back in with my mother who is jealous as heck so I keep having to replace all my evil eye charms until I can move out 🤣 that woman throws some nasty vibes! Lol

I have a friend with an eye of Horus on his right forearm - which now he cannot use when doing a ouija board…as it stops him speaking with the (always nasty) entities…

I got it years ago when I was a teenager to protect my heart as I am a person that is always there for everyone but end up getting hurt in the process! Xxxx

I don't think that an upside down one would be any different, but I have never used it upside down... don't think so

I think tiger's eye sounds like it would work very well for you. Different stones work differently for each person
