I work at a boba shop and we use a specific cream powder for our milk teas. I find that using our cream powder instead of fresh milk usually makes the milk tea more rich and creamy and gives it that classic boba flavour. If you want to try using some for your recipe testing lmk!! Excited for this series btw!! :))
jrrlls ahhhh this is so interesting!! I actually had a feeling bubble tea shops used powdered milk or cream to keep a more consistent taste throughout their shops, but I didn’t know it had much to do with the actual flavour. Thanks for sharing!! 💞💞 Definitely thinking about revisiting this in the future!
You’re so pretty! This channel is so professional for the small amount of attention it’s been getting - sooo underrated! 😭 Thank you for sharing these, I’ll be making them
Thank you so much haha I really appreciate your kind words!! It always helps if you can share my videos, like and subscribe but thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy the recipes 🥰❤️
Hi, first of all congratulations on your engagement! How exciting that you are going to be making your own wedding cake but I see that you are a trained baker so I’m sure it will be beautiful and delicious. This video caught my eye because I’ve never had or made a tea cake. I just subscribed to your channel and looking forward to seeing more. I am a self-taught baker and my channel mainly revolves around easy recipes that everyone can make. If you get a chance come and take a peek at my channel. I do mostly baking but I throw in a little bit more just for extra measure and to keep it interesting.If you think you might enjoy it support me back and we can have fun and learn from each other. See you soon. Thanks, Dolores 🥰
The Baking Diva hello!! Thank you for your super sweet comment, I’ll definitely check out your channel and support you too! I agree, I believe we can learn and grow from each other as well ☺️❤️
May I know that you are using cake flour or plain flour?🙌
Hi! I use ap flour for cupcakes and cake flour for cakes :)
Hey , do you think with the batter you made . Could I just put it in a cake pan ?
Yeah for sure! I think this amount of batter would be good for a 5" cake pan :)
Correction it might be good for 2 x 5" pans haha, as long as the cake pan is 3/4 full it should be good to bake!
I'm attempting this next week!
Yes do it!!! Feel free to let me know how it goes and send some pics to me @allysaw on ig 🥰
@UCGSRbFk8OPMFfq4QEdSkYes sure! I'll do 😍
