      Hi! I use ap flour for cupcakes and cake flour for cakes :)

      Yeah for sure! I think this amount of batter would be good for a 5" cake pan :)

      Correction it might be good for 2 x 5" pans haha, as long as the cake pan is 3/4 full it should be good to bake!

    I work at a boba shop and we use a specific cream powder for our milk teas. I find that using our cream powder instead of fresh milk usually makes the milk tea more rich and creamy and gives it that classic boba flavour. If you want to try using some for your recipe testing lmk!!

      jrrlls ahhhh this is so interesting!! I actually had a feeling bubble tea shops used powdered milk or cream to keep a more consistent taste throughout their shops, but I didn’t know it had much to do with the actual flavour. Thanks for sharing!! 💞💞 Definitely thinking about revisiting this in the future!
