altho bigger boats are annoying, a 3 by 3 boat with the middle float missing a platform allows you to place a series of crates on it, locked in by the outer platforms. this way allows you to cart 7 crates (i think it was 7, you lay them on their sides), and when neatly slotted together they can no longer be lost during a stormy day (unless entire raft is flipped)

I’m sorry if you were offended. Wasn’t writing to you however.
It felt thrown together and unpolished. Just my opinion. Which I am entitled.
What I was saying is the devs designed it to be trial and error...as if you were really stuck on island and had to fig out what to do.
That’s the beauty of the save button.
This video didn’t help me.
Should I lie and say it did?
I am helping tuber by commenting etc. They get credit for likes, dislikes and comments.
But I don’t sugarcoat. And I don’t lie.
Have a good one

OH. Right. Maybe SEE BELOW
(At least 5 comments on this video alone 🤦🏻♀️🙄)
(Plus other videos, like I stated. Guess u didn’t read much further.)
Hmm
I’ve left like almost every shark for one reason or another (usually cuz I wasn’t prepared n needed more spears) and they’ve always been there and retained the damage...just been lucky I guess
I cant even stay hydrated how tf do you have a castle!?!?!?
Build the water still
🤣🤣🤣
Build several water stills and put leaves in them. (Consists of 3 rocks, sticks, tarp, palm tree leaf, and a coconut flask) You’ll never run out of water.
There is 3 ways to hydrate yourself.
1) Coconuts
2) Water Still (need leaves)
3) Find food in Shipwrecks
@@yan3066 rashions hydrate you as well as feed you, but these should be a last resort as they are very rare
Farming is useful for pipi plants because there is a limited amount, then ago this video was made 3 years ago, I have no problem with farming
Hey. are there still 3 legendary animals to kill? I heard there was a giant eel, shark, and squid?
Daniel G. Yes
I can't believe it i think i need to make one of these. I have some useful information lol.
14:10 get hide from sharks also
Plank stations sounds like PlayStation
Lol so it does!
On ps4, do young palm trees grow into mature palms if you don't slash them?
Yes, the next take is small palm which gives you sticks
Im on my elevnth day and nearly have a motorized boat already. Just missing potatoes to make fuel. Also i have never played this game before
Good work!
I use the current to know my directions
This is a survival game and dudes got a base like he's living in the zombie apocalypse the fuck I'm having a hard time finding enough wood on my island to build a little house
L0l right? Me too!
i found no need whatsoever for brick. the clay you need for a fuel station, maybe brick for a stronger raft when you want to take on the bosses. but brick structures? nah.
New sub!
Thanks man!
When he said all he's done for 30 days is eat coconuts 100% cracked up at that. His character is vegan lol
I'm playing on console so if I try to survive on coconuts I always end up having diarrhea and there goes my water i just drank and whatever little I still had
@@canespugnaces2126 You have to wait at least an hour if you want to drink/eat a coconut. Never drink more than 2 coconuts between each hour, and do not eat more than 2 parts of coconut.
The game wants you to diversify your food supply. Every now and then, just make a fish spear and go fishing. That way you won't get ill when drinking/eating from coconut. Good luck ! 😉
2019 : i like the nice planes aded now
They added planes? I always loved that in The Forest because of how awful it was to look to the sky and see freedom
turning a big raft isnt to hard. put the sail up, then jump out and push the raft in the right direction. then hop back on an goooooo
Nah man, have two sails and two rudders. A pair for each direction.
I don't know how the numbers work in England but 2 comes after 1 not 3.
is this a mode'd version as the one im playing dont have antibiotics
2:39 or use a compass? 😑🔫
I just started today his base makes me jealous, I'm trying to figure out water and food lul
Where is tip 2?
Pro tip. Skip this buggy game. I randomly lost 9 loaded shelved crates by a random glitch obstruction that sent my raft 100 yards from where I was anchored. I reloaded the save, they were still gone. I quit then and there. What a waste of time.
Very helpful
Your base is insane! How many hours have you put into this game?
How do I get water from a solar well. I can’t have empty coconuts anymore I believe with new update or I’m doing something wrong. Hydration is the Problem. Help please
Get some leather and make yourself a water skin. GL
you need to put fibre in the well, which will then create water. then you can fill your water skind and also drink from the well when you dont have the water skin in hand
Stay hydrated
Jesus your island looks like your ready for an attack!
Is this still updated?!
I have a three by one wrapped with a cell
For those coming here more recently, sorry, but not live on coconuts. After eating too many you will grow ill and never be able to eat or drink another one...
Not true (I don't want to offend you by the way). You just have to wait 1 hour in game and you can eat again. Just wait one hour each time you drink/eat from coconuts. Personally I can drink from 2 coconuts, and break 1 so I can eat those 2 parts of the coconut. I wait one hour, and do the same again. Never been ill with that process.
It's true that the game wants you to diversify your alimentation. Just make a fish spear and catch some fish every now and then.
Later on, even if I have plenty of waters and foods, I still use that same method with the coconuts when I'm on other islands. That way, I can keep my food/water stocks as long as I want.
Tip 14 took him about 6 attempts to complete the sentence.
Thumbs up!!!
Why are you not using an anchor LoL
old version
why i cant stay on my first island and just chill you just cant stay on 1 island you need to move on all the time :I
I maxed my first island 10 days for the achievement. By day 7 I had no axe or supplies and was bored af. But then I found a rock stuck in a Bush which gave me a means for a new axe. Then I spent the next couple days defrosting my islans
You'll run out of rocks eventually.
Como faz pra descer de lugares altos sem quebrar a perna? Consigo subir mas não consigo descer, qual botão aperta???
You missed Tip 2, even know this was 5 years ago...
30 days estung judt coconut?!!
30 days..all those building and base...and only only eaten coconuts? Idk how that's possible. Is it easier on PC than ps4?.
I'm on day 30 with no where near as much materials.
Odd. Eating only coconut makes my character dehydrate from diarrhea.
@@Will-Iam-INFJ yea not good at all only eat 2 at a time for atleast couple hours apart. Best way to survive is fishing and a bunch of water stills ran by palms or fibrous leaves.
@@TheGasman wait... u can use fibrous leaves on the water stills? U serious?
@@rjones38090 yessir hahaha GoodLuck !! - Day 114 still going strong
Game is free now 😃
Yeah a day after I bought it for £16 it’s free...

I don’t think so
@@PitstopHead ohw ok thanks for the reply
You can use Steam Link to play it in coop
What day is everyone? Im 154 and love this game unfortunately no tips were helpful...lol. Kinda figured out all this stuff. Good vid tho. My best tip is change all islands around you to your needs. Go in daylight to one and back in a day.
what kind of seed is that?😁😁
Bitch what
Wow
When he said tip 9 I thought he said tech nine😂🤣😂🤣
yeah only issue with eating only coconuts.. is diarrhea same with drinking only coconut water
Which the sound effect is hillarious. Lol.
you have to wait 10 secs in game between every two coconuts you eat. same with the coconut water
