2023 India Tour- Part 7. Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal with a Leica M10-P & a Sony A9.

A 4:30am wakeup to be at the west gate of the Taj Mahal before opening, and Wow, it was so worth it to catch that early morning light. We have all seen images of this iconic white marble mausoleum, but to see visit it in person really took my breath away. It's simply an astounding marvel.
Images shown here were a bit more evenly split, than normal, between my Leica M10-P and Sony A9. The first images, captured from across the Yamuna River the night we arrived in Agra, were taken with the A9 fitted with an 80's 100mm Olympus Zuiko lens. The next day The M10-P was carrying its normal 35mm Summicron ASPH while the A9 has a 28mm "Olly".
There were a few images also with a 75mm Voigtlander Color-Heliar on the Leica.
Hope you enjoy this slideshow, its a bit less "street" than normal but I guess thats understandable at such a popular tourist attraction. Coming next will be slideshows from our stay at Varanasi- a photographers paradise.
