I am teaching microscopy to bachelor students and I would like to create my lecture slides inspired by your beautiful representations of optical alignments. How to get permission to use your content in my lectures? Thanks
Please do add the microscope pixel calculations and practical use like. How to decide and interfere things like magnification number with camera pixel and image resolution numbers interrelation and interpretations. That would be helpful. Do add also how to use imagej to actually give scale bar and pixel calculations while exporting image. Also how to process images for the publications like exporting control and experimental images and putting them for the paper publications, same size etc processing. Also like how to calculate intestines of fluorescence. Photon counts their interpretations etc.
