Number one, select the entire worksheet and hover your pointer in between the columns. When you see the cross cursor appear, double click and it has the same effect.

Is there a shortcut for the number 1 i.e. seperate names into first and last name if the respective person has more than one first name and more than one last name?
Apparently this works only for one first name and one last name :-))
