When this was first released Neil was in UK and appeared at the Palladium, he was on the left hand side of the stage, curtains down, a guitar, an AC 30 amp and Neil. Absolutely no one knew who he was or what his song was about, l was watching it live on Tv but l do not remember what the show was for. Keep on Rockin for me is his anthem, it means a lot to many people and l have said to a few over the years go read the words in a quiet room, use insight and what you will have is life in the future.
Definitely slower, but it gives it a sludgier feel, which I can dig. I suppose this is what happens when 75% of the band are well past 75 years of age.

Since the "Rust Never Sleeps" tour with Crazy Horse in 1978 stood at almost all tours Neil Youngs these five Tuners, Model ST-11 manufacturer CONN, on stage. The analog strobe tuner indicate the mood by means of an illuminated stroboscope which rotates depending on the pitch in the clockwise or counterclockwise. The mid-1970s-built devices are considered expresses exactly. The video from the Rusted Moon 3D project shows the legendary Tuners in detail.
Neil Young has long exploited the garage rock sound, in fact he refined it, but this is way too loose. He should let the young blood in Nelson on rhythm guitar do more. Make an advance on this sound rather than the tired old shtick Young has been flooging for decades now.
