    No Sugar, this is definitely takes More than one minute it’s a win-win for me ..This is definitely healthy natural for the body. I eat Chia seeds with my oatmeal, but I do want to try this recipe so I can get the full effect of the nutrition I need for my body. Thank you for the recipe. I’m definitely willing to try it.

    Facil,muy nutritivo ,delicioso a la vista,aca en mi paus no se consigue este fruto; yo lo reemplazaria por banana ó mango,papaya..

    Thank you for the beautiful, tasty ans healthy breakfasts. But please be honest with the time. They are never prepared in 1 minute. I think 15 minutes is more realistic.

    Woww, has dado más de 10 recomendaciones sobre desayunos saludables con avena y diferentes semillas. 🤩Muchas gracias por todas las sugerencias , sin embargo, yo quitaría la miel, la vainilla y todos los endulzantes, solo con la fruta será suficiente para mi.Además de dejar reposar mínimo media hora la avena para evitar inflamación estomacal. 😊

    Hola! No se mezclan los frutos secos con las frutas dulces y tampoco las frutas dulces con las frutas ácidas! Esto provoca fermentación y por lo tanto alcohol!😏
