I eat Chia seeds with my oatmeal, but I do want to try this recipe so I can get the full effect of the nutrition I need for my body. Thank you for the recipe. I’m definitely willing to try it.
I am inspired by these videos this morning I am going to have a slices banana natural yogurt almond milk half a teaspoon of chia seeds two crushed ginger biscuits, I know I am not perfect but I enjoy certain flavours
