@@kiroolioneaver8532 Could CFL be a relegation league? I know, I know.. never happen, but I really love the idea of relegation/promotion. If not for a million reasons why it will never work, it would be pretty interesting.
@@cre8ivjay The funny thing is the NFL (and NCAA FBS college football) are probably the only two North American sports where promotion/relegation could actually work lol
Paul the very, very big difference between baseball and football, is that there has never been a fully Canadian professional league but there has been a professional football league 20 years before the Blue Jays began play.🤦♂
Not the issue. The league and its franchises are strong as is and the idea of being the only “fully” American League appeals to them. Expansion isn’t necessary. Now, Toronto coukd get one if, all of the sudden, franchises started to suffer and they lacked new ownership interest. Plus they need a stadium as stated.
"That ship has sailed" Doug Ford
No nfl to canada the cfl would fold
I think the CFL would become the minor league
I'm not so sure about that. But the Argos could lose a lot of money as second fiddle.

In typical Godfrey fashion, he never really answered the question.
Canada doesn't have the economy to have an NFL franchise. Perhaps when the population of the country hits 50 - 60 million, it may happen.
Please, you're really not that stupid are you?
