Yooo, I love the way you've laid out the world. Going from forest rain, to underground lake, to power generation, to steam is so clever. It feels so connected and I am here for it. Amazing work.
I think it might be cool if you added some mechanics with "hidden dual purposes" where experienced players might be able to skip sections of the game on replaythrough if they know what they're doing. Like bomb jumping in Metroid
What a lovely update. I really like how the world actually makes sense and all the zones are connected with each other. Looking forward to the next one! :)
The game and world building is coming along well. You could add a fiery underworld underneath the core so it uses this place to quickly heat up the water.
an area where you could be burned by steam if you get too close. But if you cool steam enough, it could be used for updrafts? Game has a few puzzle elements potential. It depends with the direction he wants and I'll be happy overall.
This is looking fantastic! The spear mechanic is super intuitive, it's clear having it be a core thing for much of the platforming as well as fighting is super awesome. Can't wait to play it!
Wow this looks amazing! It keeps betting better and better! And bigger as well! I love it! Regarding the new areas, I would love to see the sky islands a bit bigger than 6 scenes, same with the deep underground, maybe have some magma areas around it or deeper? Another suggestion, maybe make the camera movement to be smooth instead of hard attached to the player? That might make it more pleasant to play. Fantastic job man.
I can't believe I missed this! The game looks very pretty and it looks like you've planned out everything very well! Love how all areas are connected in a way 😁
The way you designed the zones is great ! Love the way you went through doing that. 🙂 About the question, when you said Steam Pumps I immediately thought about tropical climate cause of the generated humidity. Keep it up looks insanely polished already !
That's a great idea! I should play around with cinemachine more, I'm actually still using the legacy basic camera hehe. (It works with my parallax script)
Hi BoredDev! Hopefully in a few weeks~ I want to have a Steam page up for the the next video(plus a first trailer). I should start gathering those wishlists hehe. A lot of progress has been made on the game :D
Thank you!! I will make a linux build for sure! Hopefully I can find someone to play test it. (Or perhaps I can put linux on my old laptop, never used it before hehe)

What a lovely update. I really like how the world actually makes sense and all the zones are connected with each other. Looking forward to the next one! :)
Thanks Nermin! It was fun to brainstorm :D
the floating island over the steam out biome could be clouds that you could walk on, a bit like in terraria... if you think the idea is bad it's okay
That is a cool idea :D thanks!

Thanks Lynx! That is an amazing idea and adds to the organic structure! Added to my notes for sure :D

Cool progress! Maybe a lush caves zone?
Oh I like that idea, added to my notes~ thanks!
Cool map! What are the parts that go up?
Oh those will be sky islands with temples, i think hehe.
This is looking fantastic! The spear mechanic is super intuitive, it's clear having it be a core thing for much of the platforming as well as fighting is super awesome. Can't wait to play it!

I really like how you grounded everything in the world through a thoughtful layout!
Thanks! That's a cool way to put it, "grounded in the world" ~ I'll use that line :D Thanks again!
This looks so great! I'm really excited to play this on stream once you start selling it!
Oh thanks for watching! I will keep working on it~ Hopefully be finished in 1 year :D

The way you designed the zones is great ! Love the way you went through doing that. 🙂
About the question, when you said Steam Pumps I immediately thought about tropical climate cause of the generated humidity.
Keep it up looks insanely polished already !
Thanks for watching and commenting! That is a super awesome idea~ maybe their can be a tropical cave, or just tropical-like plants down there :D
I think it would look good to have a dynamic camera that zooms in and out depending on the area, will give it different feel.
That's a great idea! I should play around with cinemachine more, I'm actually still using the legacy basic camera hehe. (It works with my parallax script)
I really like the updates. Keep it up!
Thanks Mr. Moo, will do! :D
Looking great neat games! Im sure it will be great when its done :D

Thank you!! I will make a linux build for sure! Hopefully I can find someone to play test it. (Or perhaps I can put linux on my old laptop, never used it before hehe)
