    HVLP or LVMP or HP

    Can we use water based paint in hvlp..?

    • @timothyarnold777
      @timothyarnold777 3 года назад

      You can use oil based or waterborne paint in your hvlp gun. Try to use it for one or the other. In other words if you put waterborne paint through it stick with waterborne products with that particular gun or you may get contamination problems as oil and water don't mix.

    You didn't do a test for thin/thickness of the paint prior to connecting to the comp?

    My spray comes out very faint, even with the flow open all the way. What am I doing wrong

      Usually that means your nozzle is to small for the paint your spraying

    • @TGBAgentOrange
      @TGBAgentOrange 2 года назад

      @@PittsburghSprayEquipmentCo does that mean i have to thin the paint even more?

    • @PittsburghSprayEquipmentCo
      @PittsburghSprayEquipmentCo  2 года назад

      @@TGBAgentOrange you would need a larger fluid tip you can try to thin and that might help but usually a bigger fluid nozzle is what's needed
