Yes it is important in civil airliner world. This model jet has the thrust-weight ratio at more than 1, theoretically it can sustain flight on one motor but we have not had a try on it. We will have a try later. ;)

Hi it is just coincidence. We did not know we have plan for similar airplane each other until we are ready to relase thus jet. You would find we have lots of different details that we can not share the molds😉

Xfly Edf's are the best forsure
Nice looking plane looks like motion rc's pricey, would be great to see a good prop plane for a change, seems everything's got an edf lately
I like both. The thing about EDF's getting the focus is they are not perfected yet. Props have been around for decades. Ten years ago, any EDF was 5 or 6 blades and sounded like a siren when it flew by. They may have even been glow powered and super inefficient. Now electronics are good enough to make a 12 blade fan powerful enough to sound half-decent and fly well. I agree that some new prop planes would be nice, but not at the expense of perfecting ducted fans. Has to be even 50/50 at least in my opinion. Balsa should be bigger than it is.
