These micro models are false efficiency as you still need a club to fly them at. Xfly your model is better than the one from eflite but people flying from grass are going to need a 70mm F14

Because convenience..and can fly in more places since not a lot of dedicated RC airfield or large space nowdays due to development and urbanization…plus smaller space dont really have strong wind too.. ✌️

@ do you own any xfly twin 40s? Not to rag on eflite, I own most of their micros. But the xfly edfs are way stronger than eflites. More power means more speed/usually more maneuvering, which to me,=different animal.
@ I hear what you’re saying. But comparing a micro to a full size should be a different animal. I do own the twin 40mm f18 xfly. They used a mold that really for a 64mm edf. So the power to weight ratio is way off. As for the f14. I think this is going to be a better apples to apples comparison. Since it’s a true 40mm frame they are copying. However the kv on the eflite is much higher than the xfly. So I’m curious how that looks and feels when flying the xfly compared to the eflite. I do like how they added ailerons

I’ve just ordered from Ali xspress martyn arrive December 8th I think it’s horizon hobby one just been played around with by xfly this one has alerons where I think the hh version has rudder for steering I might be wrong but I’m sure because of wing sweep they didn’t have alerons

I have 2 SU 57 3 chanel planes made by Blitz RC. They are just about the same size. Unfortunately it was discontinued last year. I was glad to see Xfly now has one. I just pre ordered mine and can't wait to compare their flight performance. Mine have 50 mm ducted fans so it will be interesting to see if the xfly can match its incredible speed.

Seeing it today there is no where to grab at bottom I think you will have to hold wing and discuss throw it unless you have some one else they could support nose and put couple fingers in cheat holes but they are really near the tail as edf’s are nearly at back

Mines nearly here I should have by end of next week really looking forward to getting it I have the twin liner 40mm , f22 f18 now f15 plus quite a few other xfly planes keep up the good work guys would love you to make a harrier jump jet it doesn’t nessasary have to be vtol I recon you would have a big market from the British but also the USA market as they still use it unfortunately our British government decided to scrap it yes I know f35 is ment too be it’s replacement but the shape of the old harrier’s was lovely so xfly if you read this would you have a look I do recon you would be on a winner

Is the gyro included as standard?

Shame you didn't do a dual 50A upgrade so we can run on 5s. The 4s system is a bit lacking. Not even same thrust as flying weight. F22 was disappointing with lack of thrust so I sold it.
Orientation is difficult for me on jets but they sure are beautiful in the air.
