      I’d love that! I’ve never been to S.A. so I’d love to get a tour through the eyes of a local!
      I did apply for Onewheel’s Flow Team which I think is their sponsored rider team. So fingers crossed but I should look into other brands that I vibe with and reach out to them. Thanks for the encouragement and support! 🙏🏾👊🏾

      @tswizzain  2 месяца назад +1

      Honestly I would rather not wear any gear. But I’ve also experienced crashing without it and getting mad road rash. That was definitely not fun. But I consistently put the impact onto my knees and roll out. It’s instinctual to me for some reason. So if I’m doing serious commuting I’ll wear my gear.
      Thanks for watching dude, I appreciate the support! 👊🏾

      Thanks dude! Street riding isn’t too bad! Stick to bike lanes and to the flow of traffic. Once you start getting more confident you can get a bit more aggressive with your riding. But always do what you’re comfortable with! Safety is the most important aspect of riding!

    I rode a GT for a summer and man do I love that range. Now I’m in the market again.
    The range is the main thing holding me back from the GTSR but I think if I paired it with a hyper charger it would take away some range anxiety.
    Another 1300 bucks and less range but higher top end speed and more torque may just be worth it.

    • @tswizzain
      @tswizzain  3 месяца назад

      Absolutely. I have the hyper charger and it makes a world of a difference. The GTS is just so powerful. I don’t think I could go back to the GT as a main board. It’s made a big difference in my ride experience. But no doubt it was tough to bite the bullet when buying it.

    • @timmiller2203
      @timmiller2203 3 месяца назад

      I have a regular GTS and I usually get between 20-23 miles of range. However, I usually cruise at around 15-17 mph. I have gone 20mph a couple times but I am too scared to go faster. You will most likely get a lots of range if you keep your speed slightly under 20 mph and it also won't start trying to slow you down like a regular GT would start doing at those speeds.

      I agree, I want to add that into my edit. However, when I try and screen record my speedometer, I always somehow end up clicking out of the screen and end up missing the metrics I’m trying to capture. I think it’s the fabric of my pants / shorts pocket that gets finicky with the touch screen. I gotta get a little pouch or something to carry my phone so I can add the real time metrics. Thanks I’ll add it to the next one! 👊🏾

    Great videos, as a heavier new rider myself it’s helpful hearing from others. Did you use simple stop their at the end? Are you turning it on for cursing distance? I just recently upgrade from GT as it was stolen to a GTS rally as well but havn’t had a whole lot of time to ride due to work.

    • @tswizzain
      @tswizzain  3 месяца назад +1

      Sorry to hear your board got stolen. People suck sometimes!
      I do not use simple stop. I don’t really need it tbh. I typically just disengage one of the footpad sensors or I do a quick stop. Simple stop wasn’t around when I started learning to ride. I wish it did! It would have made learning that much faster.
      The GTS is a pretty big game changer. I’m excited for you! Altogether you’ll feel so much more confident riding around. I’ve leveled up my riding already since I’ve upgraded. To me it was worth it. I’m happy I made the decision! Good luck to you and enjoy the ride! 👊🏾

      Nice right on! Fender is a game changer. No more street salsa! I’m waiting on my fender currently. Hope to get it soon! - The quick stop is cool and adds some style but yeah can be tricky to get the hang of. Try it on grass. That’s where I learned before trying it on street.

    • @tswizzain

      I’m not sure! I think the GT is pretty solid for range. And the fact that they sell modular pieces opens up the ability to piece together your own build. At least if you know how to put a board together.

    • @joshhadley9445
      @joshhadley9445 3 месяца назад

      @tswizzain I'm over 40 and was slow about spending thousands of dollars on an add that popped up on accuweather for the onehweel so I bought a slightly used pint. Changed my life. It's OK for a bigger guy if you don't push it. Don't push it up hills and are OK with going slower. The regen is stronger than on the gt I rode. I'm going to get the wider footpads and keep my pint for guests to ride. Every time a person shows interest when I'm riding I stop and offer for them to try it.

    If i understand clearly
    The difference is comfort? And stability when u compared the regular GTS to the rally ?

    • @tswizzain
      @tswizzain  3 месяца назад +2

      The main differences are the 6” hub/tire and the rails. The 6” hub and tire definitely absorb more chunk and impact. It feels smoother to me.
      The rails make me feel like I’m locked in and stable. Any approach I take: a drop, a bonk, a nudge, whatever it is, I feel very secure going for it.
      The standard GTS still has that instant power. Internally they’re the same board.

    • @tswizzain
      @tswizzain  3 месяца назад +1

      The camera has 2, 180-degree, lenses on both sides of the body. It will do the best to capture everything within its hemisphere, but it’s up to the editor to shift and key frame the image so it’s leveled and viewable.
