  • Incident Response obtained videos from the Milwaukee Police Department of a high-speed pursuit that ended in a daring rescue along the Milwaukee River on December 2, 2020. The driver lost control, rolling down an embankment near the Third Ward. Two people had to be rescued by firefighters as the vehicle was hanging off the edge of the river. Who cares, I'm just glad I don't live in the city that employed this cop. He was blasting through red lights at 86 mph. He's lucky he didn't t-bone anyone. He lied outright when he said that traffic was non-existent (2:06). He told the the driver he was going to shoot him (3:45). This cop needs more training before he kills someone unnecessarily.

@Bar Fights & Butterflies cool story bro. Crazy how none of what you were so concerned about occurred. Maybe cause they actually know wtf they’re doing. Driving fast honestly isn’t that difficult even if you’re pursuing someone. You’re seeing the chase through a limited range dash-cam. They can see a lot more around them than what you can.

@@georgefloydsinhellwbreonna5330 Unfortunately I don't share the extreme blood lust demonstrated on most police channels. I live in a country where crime is relatively low compared to the US because we have a judicial system designed for rehabilitation not one based on corruption through privatization and retribution for the slightest harm. And police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks all have to stop at red lights even with their lights flashing because too many people were getting into accidents. The police are also not permitted to maintain a chase if it becomes dangerous. 86 mph in a city with traffic on the streets is dangerous under all circumstances.
Here's a video of another Milwaukee chase that should have ended when the car was driving into on coming traffic. I'm sure the people in the white car have a lawsuit against the city. ruclips.net/video/Yh7WiMMjvmE/видео.html

It is not about the language directly, it is about the officer clearly losing control. It's what happens when adrenaline gets the better of them. He had already blown through multiple traffic lights without so much as slowing down, was clearly getting tunnel vision, straight up lied as to the traffic conditions, and clearly lost his shit when the car crashed. It's really hard to keep emotions in check, but you absolutely need to because your lives depend on it.

I don’t believe that cop should have to talk to criminals in a kind way however it’s unbecoming and doesn’t reflect well on the badge when we see him otherwise very in control.

Please teach those officers that no one can escape from the bottom of a car. Spot lighting the exhaust system shows you're looking in the wrong place and are going to get yourself killed.

He must’ve really had to poop! Seriously though, those speeds on 1st down there is scary. That street heading into the third ward is claustrophobic as hell at 20 mph.

The officer's language was offensive and he had the power to shut his bad mouth off and on...I don't think this type of language is becoming of an officer

They need to mount 2 Vulcan Machine guns on police cars to discourage such behavior 🙄

I can hardly watch these because they make my blood boil. These idiots should never see the outside of a jail cell again. Such disregard for human life should be a one-way ticket to a penitentiary.

Should have driven police car over curb with lights on the car. Didn’t secure the scene too well initially.

Well normally, if this is in a movie scene, probably the suspect would just be escaped as soon as the car got flipped, not even mention this is near a LAKE.......

Cops need to stop chasing people they have the plate and 2nd degree RAS Revoked after Suspension. Is not a major crime. Cop lies traffic is existent. He just want to continue chasing. Chase should e be terminated when the cop was 3 blocks behind him cop was in the wrong lanes as well.
