    I took my switch apart (be careful, there is a solenoid that will try to pop out). Inside, there was a white piece of plastic that was pushed into two copper strings to bridge the connection. I moved the one copper piece that moves into the other and repositioned it so that it is always behind the stationary pice... so the thing things that the lid is always closed. Then I put it back together, minus the white piece (a small part of it broke off, and that's why the lid was never seen as shut anymore.) Now, it seems to work perfectly... just be sure to actually have the lid shut when you start it.

    Pull thr switch lock off the door anp put it in the switch. No eletic to play with and all you have to do ia pull thr latch up out of the lock at the end to turn off the washer at the end of the cycle

  • @MrZiggypop

    All you have to do is unscrew the pice from the lid and leave it in the hole then you can open and close the lid whenever you want

      sides that...im guessing they made sure they aint getting any more fukn lawsuits over the old switches that just told it that the lid is down...not locked or needed to be locked. so they made it more full proof of law suits but if safety was the company's concern what so ever...
      well they'd made sure it wasn't a big WTF! when someone seen the cost of that one switch. 5 bucks. ok. 10 bucks..fuk...but ok... but no.. they charging 25 fukn dollars for this one cuk sukn switch lmao.. fuk them and fuk that. im by pass the living shit out of mine lol

      Unplug it for a while, it does that to me sometimes, it could be the lid lock trying to lock but can't, that's normal, unplug it, plug it back in then turn it to rinse and spin and start it again, you'll have to do that everytime

    Thanks for your wiring knowledge this going to help me... I got these 3 wires off the lid switch in front and pulled this 3 wire harness so that it is clear of the lid switch and these 3 wires come from the plug in the back of the control panel. I will now add the electrical 2 prong switch, In fact I will use a regular house light switch and carefully mound it behind my machine. I hope this works for me.

  • @robertgullett3809
    @robertgullett3809 Год назад +1

    So the person can add water to the cycle because the washer does not allow enough water to clean clothes appropriately

    • @fladoodel
      @fladoodel  Год назад

      This lets you essentially run the washing machine as normal the only difference is that it will stop when it's supposed to spin and you need to restart the washer switch it to rinse and spin and then start it again so it's essentially just an extra step

    • @fladoodel

    • @fladoodel
      @fladoodel  3 года назад +1

      Idk the computer inside of it will glitch out, it basically won't work unless It goes sensing>close lid>wash>lock the lid>rinse> spin in that order. You can trick it to thinking the lid is closed all the time but if the lid is locked it won't even begin the cycle
