    I started doing this the other week as well. And close stand back squat with an elevated heal but lower weight. Good quad growth fast

    Never tried my SSB with front squats, I do love front squats always helps my squat strength but holding that bar sucks. I'll have to try this method for doing them.

    Why putting extra kgs in the end of the set instead of doing with more weight in the beginning that you are more fresh??
