Honestly the only person I listen to when it comes to strength, longevity, and health! Only faces and the truth! 🔥

Why do sad individuals make videos to exclusively criticise this guy.
The information Matt puts out has been invaluable to my training and incredible value. Matt’s a legend, the end.

Strength to me: work capacity and the ability to keep going. My dad in my eyes will always be the strongest man in the world for his ability to keep working hard and how he passed it to me.

I have been trying to do the warmups and I have to modify it a little because I can't do them. It also sucks if someone is on the next machine you want to go to. I try to make it work as best I can and not rest either between sets. I love the whole potentiation concept. your explanation on that is really interesting. The ben johnson stuff is really cool as well. your warmups are awesome.

Strength to me= The ability to exert force against an opposing force.

Great explanation on strength. I am a couple years older than you and just started to understand deadlifting. for about 6 months to a year I have been trying to deadlift. Just maximal effort method I have never done speed work. I just did a PR of 325 on sumo deadlift tonight. When do you think my increased strength in the sumo start to carry over to other lifts? so far I have not noticed any carry over whatsoever. I am sure sleep and diet ect will help.

I never thought about strength as an end result. Rather I exercise strength. That being said. I think about the myofibrilar hypertrophy (thickening of the actual motor unit that houses the sarcomere.) vs sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (bulk of sarcoplasm).

Deadlifting and Blood Pressure: Does integrating deadlifting into your weekly workouts raise or lower blood pressure over time? My guess that it would raise BP during and after the exercise is performed but over time possibly lower it overall. Any thoughts? This is assuming one lives a fairly normal life outside of the gym.

Thanks for sharing! Just a quick off-topic question: I have TRC20 USDT in my OKX wallet and I have the recovery phrase: 『pride pole obtain together second when future mask review nature potato bulb』. What is the best way to transfer them to Binance?
