How to Swap your Ram Truck Steering Column and Center the Clock Spring

Swapping out the broken Steering Column of the Dumpster to daily project dodge ram truck. This column was trashed from when it was stolen. I also show how to center the clock spring without breaking it. Hope this helps with a project you're working on!

Great video, thanks. I was thinking of replacing mine because I have an obnoxious clicking sound coming from the top of the column somewhere. Have you heard of this and what it might be?

If I was to guess... maybe the clock spring is messed up. Pull the covers off column turn wheel back and forth try to pin point it would be the 1st easiest step. After that would be jack up front end to free up the wheels. Pull steering wheel off and completely dive into it.
