Once he lifted a roing boat filled with heavy goods, including 2 sacks of wheat weighing 100 kg each, and several of his family members inside the boat, after one hand, and walked aboard the local ferry. Even 500kg is pushing it, there is a reason it takes genetic freaks at the pinnacle of human potential to do it. The average human body isn't designed to even lift past 450kg, hence why so few even get up to 460kg after years of training.

It was impossible to lift 500kg yet, it was done. We can not put limits on our bodies, because the limits are being broken all the time. What happens when someone with osteopetrosis starts lifting? In 9 years we went from people barely being able to do 400kg to 430kg being the warmup for the top guys. We simply can not say 600kg will never be reached.
