I got an AC180 in Nov 2023 as a battery for mobile living - it was so good I got an AC180P in June 2024, now have both, theoretically, stackable for high drain occasions. Top product, solid outdoor companions :)
We have a power station we like to use boondocking to keep power on over night. With our Class A we just fire up the generator for the heavy loads since has a automatic transfer switch. So simple to have this configuration. We just set the power station into our power bay and plug the RV into it. We unplug the DC converter so we do not charge the house batteries. What we travel everything gets recharged bby the engine as we drive down the road.
Thanks! Appreciate you watching and commenting. Love how this unit can run our Keurig when we are traveling. Now we can make coffee anywhere we please! Safe Travels!
Good morning, thanks for the review. Can AC180P be managed only from the application or can I also drive it directly on the Power Station? Thank you...
Good morning! You have the ability to turn on some functions directly from the bluetti AC180P, frequency setting & power lifting mode. I prefer using the app on a smart phone. Thanks for watching & commenting.
Yes! It was released today! We love now having an 1800-watt inverter with additional battery capacity. The New AC180P has 1440WH! We like how we can use our Keurig coffee maker when traveling now!
We have not yet tried to charge the power bank with a 12 volt source yet. We will have to do that sometime and update everyone with a short video. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
I have four Bluetti's. The EB150, Ac 200, Ac 200 Max, and the Ac180. In my application for my two smaller units, (Eb150, Ac180) I'm running a 5,000 BTU window unit A/C. I run it around 50% capacity, which is around 60 watts constant. I got the Ac180 in July 2023, and was using both units to run the A/C 24 hours per day in North Carolina. Both units have separate 400 watt Rich Solar set ups. Long story short, the old Eb150 when disconnected from solar, is far more efficient than the Ac 180, when it's disconnected from solar. This really surprised me, as I got the Ac 180 to kind of retire the Eb 150. But the Ac 180 is so less efficient, it is my back up unit. I hope the Ac 180 P is more efficient. Honestly, I wish I had not purchased the Ac 180. I watched a lot of reviews of it, but it has not lived up to the hype for me. Thank you for this review of the P version!
Hi Steve, Thanks for the report on your experience. I'm not familiar with the EB150 so I just looked up the spec and here is what I found. Q1: What is the capacity of this EB150 power station? 1500Wh,101351mAh/14.8V( equivalent to 405405mAh 3.7V). The AC180 has a 1,152Wh capacity, that's probably why your older EB150 lasts longer. Thanks for watching and commenting!
How is AC180P different from AC180 other than 1440w vs. 1152w? Any weight/size difference? Any other specs different? Bluetti doesn't yet seem to have full specs/manual for AC180P posted today, just for AC180. Thanks!
Hello, I went through the manual and couldn't find any differences other than the 1440Wh vs 1152Wh. The weight and size are the same at least in my manual. I will confirm by reaching out to my contact and pin an update in the comments. Thanks for watching!
Yes, The difference is the orange unit has 1440 Watt Hours capacity, and the Blue has 1,152 watt-hours. Think of it as 1440 Watt Hours will run a 100-watt light bulb for 14.4 hours, and the 1,152 Watt Hours will run a 100-watt light bulb for 11.52 hours. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching and commenting!
If you can utilize a 120volt outlet with your charger and are ok with 1800 watts/ 15 amps. Keep in mind it has a capacity of 1440 watt hours. (Size of battery) so if your charger pulls 12 Amps you will drain the battery in approximately 1 hour.
Great video, really useful!!
Glad it was helpful!!

Nice thorough review! We still need to get a power bank. It’s a good thing you sanitized that stick 😂.
Thanks! We love that we can now make our coffee anytime when traveling. That stick added flavor to the rice! LOL
Wao.. a new 180??? We have the 200max and love it and a bunch of the eb3a.... Gonna have to get one of these to not have to move the 200max around.

@@TNTRVing Hi!
Thanks! so with a conversion to watt hours, the EB150 has 1499 watt hours capacity. Thanks for the explanation!
@@TNTRVingAnd the EB150 looks ugly honestly. :-(
Thought Red goes to Red black to black???
Not when hooking up in series.
When only hooking up one panel, yes.
