Mini Turkey Meatloaf Bites

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 C. breadcrumbs
1 tbs yellow mustard
2 tbs ketchup
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp brown sugar
Salt & pepper
1 Bell Pepper
1.5 C baby bella mushrooms
(You can add diced onion too if you prefer)
Topping (You can also just use your favorite BBQ sauce!)
1 tbs mustard
3 tbs ketchup
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbs brown sugar
Salt & pepper
Cook 25-30 min at 375, Until internal temp of 165. These freeze great too!
