It does work but the elgato pedal is fairly loud when ive checked it out, would definitely pick it up on a microphone

We could support the Elgato pedal for sure (and already support some other cheaper/louder ones too, like the Moman pedal on Amazon which also has a "click" noise), however, these are all momentary controllers and not analog controllers. Oh and I use the Elgato prompter at my computer workstation with FluidPrompter! (but use a bigger better prompter in the video studio)

Yeah thats probably my biggest request would be wired.. but didnt see any issues once things were up and running though

We have a prototype with a USB data chip onboard. It costs a few extra dollars for an extra chip which bumps up the price a bit more. Would you want both Bluetooth and USB in the same device? Feel free to reach out to us anytime - we love real-world feedback!

@@davidlook6670 the zoom room software will output the ndi feeds on to the network which can be pulled from other computer or device, if you are taking about control you can’t do anything on the zoom room computer, it must be controlled by another device

@@RyanSomerfield we will be using an IP camera as the video for the ZoomRoom. Do I need NDI Software on the ZoomRoom Computer - How do I select the camera at IP 192.x.x.x as our video source in the ZoomRoom??

Some of the atems have headphone out so you can select the headphone symbol on the bottom which should act as a "solo" to hear what you want

Yes .. on 40 channel atem U have 24 16 channel audio EMBEDERS .. Impressive

Honestly not much.. all IO was through zoom so maybe 20 meg tops each?

Im not sure how it would fail if its not correct.. someone looked into it here and looks like the numbers when converted to hex makes a bit more sense.. forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=200550 my only worry is theres a small chance if it gets a number that doesnt exist it could potentially brick it?? i doubt it though.. could be interesting?

So it may not be released on your ATEM, hopefully yet.. its not on all of them sadly.. but sounds like they are looking to roll it out for others, but my guess might be for the bigger atems

I hope they also repair the talkback bug on the Constellation HD models because you don't have control over the sidetone level at the cameras

@@ghost6666g oh? Which cameras are you talking about? It’s been a while but I feel like I was able to control that? But I could be wrong.. come to think of it that could be hard because in theory your coms would be coming back to you?

@@RyanSomerfield We are using BM Studio Camera 4K Pro G2s. The camera operators are hearing their own voices and can't adjust the volume.

If that is the case I would adjust the framerate going to your encoder or in your encoder to be 30 before sending to youtube.. chances are you would do a better job than youtube doing the conversion first

It has been an interesting one.. I think the biggest thing is it’s a brushless gimbal. Which needs to be perfectly balanced, vs a ptz which just plug in and go. When it’s been setup right it’s been amazing, just used it every weekend for a month for a set of conferences on a slider, 70-200 lens pingponging at the back of the room and looked amazing, wouldn’t work as a non stabilised gimbal, but there was some time needed to get it balanced and tuned. But once it was set it ran flawlessly. The director was able to adjust on the fly smoothly which was great.. if you’re looking for a plug in and go, this is not for you. If you want a nicer picture and willing to put in the time it’s amazing. Hope that helps!

I’m not sure actually.. but if not you could have another machine pulling from the same resolve session/timeline which is cool!

@@RyanSomerfield Well, the most obvious upgrade would be larger screens with smaller bezels, which would fit in the same form factor. It might also be possible to improve efficiency, energy consumption and heat generation, and reduce weight slightly.

@@MillisecondFalcon yeah fair enough! It’s certainly possible but I don’t feel like there will be anytime soon.. but could be wrong!

Interesting, most the time it would flash and be unresponsive I’ve found, it would work or not, not in between..
