Sì, la melodia di questo corale non è stata composta da J.S. Bach. In base agli studi del grande M° Michael Radulescu, attento conoscitore dell’opera bachiana, la melodia di questo corale appare per la prima volta nella riedizione del Gesangbuch di Joseph Klug, pubblicata a Wittenberg nel 1533. Il testo, pare sia di Johann Agricola (1529), anche se il Geistreiches Gesangbuch di Weimar, del 1713, ne attribuisce la paternità a Paul Speratus.

Mediamente noi organisti usiamo scarpe morbide per suonare la Pedaliera. Di recente mi sono buttato su scarpe da ballo, tipo jazz o tango.
