Awesome results. I'm about to do my second FUE, this time on the crown. Everyone should be on oral fin or dut plus oral min. If I could go back to my twenties and start both oral meds, I would never have had to get transplants.

Good results but your doctor was right, you should have started finasteride + minoxidil first for 6 months to a year, see how the hair looks after it is stabilized and assess if you really need a crown transplant. Because I had a balding crown like yours 4 months ago, hopped on dutasteride + oral minoxidil and it has improved tremendously without any surgery. Better to save your grafts in the most DHT sensitive areas, which are the temples and midscalp

I think you need you rub the gel in more with your fingers, the inside hair wouldnt have enough and would add weight that makes it drop. Its been a qhile since i had hair but i used to go long on top and that fixed it for me! Just kinda scruff/scratch it in there and see how you go!

Did you only do 1200 in the 2nd session because that was maxxing out your donor area? Im going for a first fue of 3500 and wanting to focus on the hairline for a 2nd one a year later. Also do you take finasteride?

There is a hair spray called got2b glued which will keep your hair in place solid but it does proper freeze your hair in place lol. IIt keeps mine in place for well over a week even with wind

Did you get nervous for your first real hair washing. I just got my hair done 7 days ago, the doctor told me I could wash my hair the regular way after day 7. I don’t want to mess things up. I watch your videos, so I hope I get the same results.

I can’t see a problem with the doner area. It’s only if you point it out to someone they might be able to see
