That’s not true. My natural density is almost completely opaque. The perfectly uniform density gap right at the front of the hairline is always a HT giveaway in my opinion.
Great result man. The see-through effect you mention confuses me a bit. On video it doesn't show but a 0.5cm see through is normal, even on a natural dense hairline. I think the somewhat higher hairline than a teenage one, suits your face better. Gives you a more open face and does the beard well.
Their communication is pretty poor to be honest. Prices might have changed since I went. €4 a graft, but with tax on top, so it’s essentially €4.80. That was the unshaved price last year anyway.
I shaved mine 1 year after FUE and I am quite fair, the newly transplanted hair is very dark in comparison and sticks out like a sore thumb. Did you notice this when growing it back out? I plan on avoiding short haircuts and dying mine so it looks more blended.
Really great progress so far. :) I mentioned in a previous comment that apparently Mwamba has had negative reviews over the past year compared to previous years. So it's nice to see that your transplant is coming along nicely with no worrying issues thus far. I'm still debating wither to go to Dr Mwamba or Eugenix in the future for temple work like yourself. Excited to see how things are at 8 months!
I believe both the clinic handle temples very well. At the same time Dr Mwamba tends to be more accurate to manage the donor area personally and avoid overharvesting
@@ZeoWorks i went with Premium Package with dr Das. @@WinterMasterPocket Exciting, rooting for you my friend. Eugenix has so many youtube video examples of wonderful hairlines done by the team. I wonder how well they perform extractions? I imagine they're good at that also.
From my memory, I would say that Dr Mwamba performed around 25% of the extractions, 100% of the punching and then roughly 60% of the implantation. Dr. Ali did some of the extractions.
Found your videos really really insightful! Wondering, did you ever look at Dr.Kouremada Zioga in London for the unshaven FUE? She seems to be doing truly unshaven techniques. Been considering my first (& only I hope) procedure to thinking my temples only and seems her technique shows less as you don’t need to shave the donor area either. I have a skin fade usually so your video on this was great and insightful. Although I hope I can still have this style as likely only require 5-600 grafts
Can’t say I’ve heard of that doctor pal. Usually you’ll need to use a lot more grafts than what you think. They usually go further into the receded area where some hairs are getting thinner. Are you on finasteride?
On your point about possibly bringing the hairline down in the future, i think your already very close to your limit of it looking natural, raise your eyebrows and look at were your forehead wrinkles are and your hairline should be an inch above that, otherwise your hairline would start moving every time you laugh or frown etc.
Who are the top 3 surgeons in the world for creating thick realistic hairlines? You mentioned Dr Juan Couto, who are the other 2? His wait seems to be too long.
I don’t really know man. It’s hard to say. I’ve heard very good things about De Freitas in Valencia. And Dr. Bruno Ferreira in Portugal. But surely you’d get good results from any of the top 10-15 surgeons.
You saw Dr Juan Couto in Madrid? When was first contact, how long would you have had to wait. Dude I'm trying to arrange a hair transplant for 7 years, and still can't .
@Hairline Confessions You're only in the middle of your pathway... I'm curious to know what's the difference about temporal peak between Couto and Mwamba, Were They similar about the draw of triangle points and hairline? I know Dr Mwamba is really meticulous regarding extraction phase and is used to manage all this process by his own and other doctor, right? Anyway go ahead and I wish You a remarkable gains
From my memory, I would say that Dr Mwamba performed around 25% of the extractions, 100% of the punching and then roughly 60% of the implantation. Dr Alli did some of the extraction too, then the rest was done by his technicians. As far as I know, no surgeon does 100% of everything.
@@HairlineConfessions In some clinics ( Couto and Lorenzo for example) I know the extraction phase is done 100% by technicians. In Hlc Ankara the extraction is managed by doctors only
Mate, I don’t think you have a big forehead. It looks in proportion to your face shape. If I were you I’d leave the hairline as it is. It looks natural and really suits you.
Not that u got hairs...aren t u afraid of loosin 'em again😊😅? I quite bald ( norwood 5 ) i had my procedure done 2 months ago...i didnt really bother b4 ( i m 40 ) ...but if i ll have hair again.. that will be my biggest fear😅
I have a consultation with Juan Couto which im totally down for but its in April Next year & thats just the consultation, should I go for mwamba? I noticed & I agree with you that yours looks quite straight lines on the edges maybe that will change later on?
Couto’s work is exceptional, you’re lucky to get a consultation. Couto would be my choice. The only other European surgeons I have considered were Dr Bisanga in Brussels and Dr Lorenzo in Madrid. In America I’ve also considered Dr fellor in newyork.
Don't go with Mwamba just yet, I suggest you do some more research as there have been some questionable results on the forums lately. There are plenty of other great surgeons out there, for example Pinto, Bisanga, Bruno Ferreira, Freitas, etc. Also be aware transplant doctors are ever changing, some used to have a great reputation but now have become greedy and use technicians to do most of their work. An example is perhaps Erdogan and Lorenzo, their quality has dropped massively over the years but are still riding on their reputation from a decade ago.
@@johnosmith1420 Yeah I agree with you, I actually can go with Dr Freitas for next year but kind of tempted to wait for Dr Couto for 2025... really long but it is what it is, who would you recommend that doesn't have an insane waiting time?
I’m hearing lots of good things about Freitas in Valencia. Couto in Madrid. Ferreira in Porto. Belgium has Mwamba and Bisanga. Get on the forums pal and look at lots of results.

Definitely should have brought the hairline down. Especially since having 2 transplants. If your gonna have mutlipe tranplants no point in still having a big forehead
This is a dumb comment. You can only go down to the top wrinkle. I just naturally have a big forehead. Plus you don’t have unlimited grafts. You can’t just draw your own hairline and think they can do what you want; it has to be right.
the hair loss guys DiMirzio said he had a transplant for free cauze he is kind of famous and overall on one show he said he had 10? Looks great. Congrats 🎉
Good result so far mate 👍 it’s hard not to nitpick but seriously it’s a good result thus far
Gaps in the hairline looks better
More natural and less wig like
If it’s too dense at the front, it’s a dead giveaway of a HT
