I relate strongly to everything in this video and view sex with a mixture of fear and disgust. I am not aware of having any especially traumatic sexual experiences, but it feels in my heart that there is some deep seated trauma. How can I overcome this? Are there resources/ meditations that would help?

i live here in france ans i always try to find quite places to live camping alone into the wilderness, far far away from the society which makes me findout more about myself , and then i find peace with in me

I spent 10 years living offgrid self sufficient life. Once the cabins built, the garden's producing, the seed bank full, the water catchment done, the fireplace finished then life takes on an easier pace. I loved it.

I find myself stuck for a few years now at a point of transition that I've been unable to understand so that I could move forward. This video essay has brought me more understanding and clarification in 10 minutes than I have been able to get speaking to therapists or family. I find myself needing to rebuild my life painstakingly, one small brick at a time and I've chosen to focus on my movement. But it all seems so overwhelming. This may seem insignificant to you but, how did you determine your workout routine? I don't mean to ask what your fitness routine is. I'm trying to ask how you determined what exercises or routine you would follow.

There would be a lot more happy men out there if there were more women like this. Your path to finding yourself will lead many to the path they need to be on as well. Much Love....

Maybe the cowboy days were the way to be... i mean... whats the point of having a mansion. Theres no need. I want a log cabin.... horses .... and a dirtbike track. Its not too much to live simple. Or a camper where i can go anywhere. If we don't fix the housing issue I'll be doing this. Homeless is fine. It's better than slaving for a dream that isn't possible when greed is the new normal. Everyone deserves a chance to live. Unfortunately it's only for the ones who already had success when it was possible

I'm 55 years old and I've been running the rat race my entire life. I have been married twice in divorce twice. In several major relationships in between all failed. As I have the worst taste in men. I've anyone I've ever known.. I've done professional jobs. I've done service jobs, and I've done labor jobs. I just don't seem to fit anywhere. And it seems like the older I get, the less I fit. I have thoughts of just checking out sometimes. But my mother is still alive and that's pretty much the only reason that I haven't yet as I would never want to break her heart like that. I don't know what to do next. I'm unemployed. I have $20 in the bank and I'm about to lose my house. My mental health is on a knifes edge and my physical health is not much better. I just feel like I need a community of people who are sick of the rat race as much as I am and we can all come together with our different talents and do something really meaningful out in the middle of nowhere. They say that you can manifest things by speaking them and thinking them. I guess me just writing this down and putting it out in the world is the first step. I live outside of Austin, Texas. Is there anyone out there that is feeling the same as I am? That's ready to make a major change.?

I unfortunately understand that money is necessary to have the freedom I seek. That is such a nice place you live.

Everything is fine whatever peace , minimal living and environment but she stills wants help from outer world in cash. A ton of excuses are always to do nothing for yourself but wanna give happiness to others😂. I don't understand the ideology of people they want peaceful sleep without tiredness. They wanna survive only eventhough they can live a healthy, wealthy life. Living around nature is a good thing but nature also gives happiness and peace to others. Here in the UK our government is looking at making some very great changes to a disability payment called PIP! We are looking into going off grid purely because will have to in order to survive!😮
