Hope it copied GT Licence systems because you had to be like Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good to get all Gold it was beyond hard one lap wonders you go off just a bit on the grass you fail clip A.I just a teensy touch FAIL Lol so many things FAIL lol but you will be a way better driver for it. For example it tought how to really race round corners Undulating vs overlating forces when going uphill all important things that you guys haven't learned

fun fact: a model of the FordGT that appeared in the fm23 showcase was very detailed, but in the game, they used the same model as fm6, so whoever modeled that car had their work thrown in the trash...

I use practice to learn were the braking points are so I can turn off the virtual racing line I'm still not comfortable turning it off

true story , im new to sim racing and been hot lapping like crazy day in and out , and just this morning i said to myself while hot lapping "why am i doing this??? you become so focused on beating your time that you tend to forget all the other things you need practice on , as a new racer i can tell you nothing replicates racing skills like RACING , so i ditched the hot lapping for now and just keying up AI races with 15 other cars , but sticking to the same track and same car , big difference from hot lapping for a new comer like myself ! this is not to say hot lapping doesnt have its place , but newbies like myself should def be spending most of there lap time with other cars and condition!

Nicely done HDee, the absence of hype is most welcome. I personally like a car to be more pointy. Also, each track comes with its own peculiarities that you need to deal with (eg Spa with Au Rouge and section 2). Interestingly, at Bathurst (Mount Panorama) I found it super useful to reduce fast rebound on the dampers (especially the rear). This made the car more settled going over Skyline and into the Esses and the Dipper - a scary part of the track. This works because it loosens up the rebound and the wheels are free to return back to the road much faster, giving you more traction sooner through the bumps. It also softens the car's response to the bumps and reduces that nasty skipping you get with tight suspension. This trick should also work at bumpy tracks like Oulton. Cheers.👍

Progression system sounds nice. Buying your own car and then upgrading and customizing will be amazing, but I hope there still will be something like "sandbox" where you can pick every car and drive it.

This literally is THE perfect dream of everyone who loves racing sims.. This honestly sounds too good to be true, but we know those promises ARE possible. They will take their time to really make everything work out perfectly which is amazing. Tho I hope my pc will be fine with all of this.. Should definitely be enough for the early access tho

I've had this game for over 1 year and have yet to play it. I get anxious that I'm gonna be bad and just leave it I'm excited for AC:EVO though! It seems like it's gonna be a lot of fun with the freeroam mode

While listening to this I can only think of the modding scene, what would that look like? Would there be a risk of a ban if you were to say use a console command mod to get unlimited money to buy all the cars?

I'm hoping for a more serious Forza Horizon open world with things to do, because they gone full Fortnite Horizon experience 🙈 . Hopefully it'll be playable with a controller 😬🎮 . Can't carry a steering wheel around with me. AC and ACC both already where quite nice with a controller so I have hope 😅 . The new AI sounded a bit like drivatars from the ground up 😬

In regards to mods they will be charging you for them and the creators will get a cut. Good bye to the days of $1.50 donations to get amazing mods, it will now be in the realm of $10-$20 per mod :(

If ANYTHING I think it may have a rough start, then get better much like of how ACC did. Hoping it’s great at launch with the typical bugs and whatever other typical launch issues there would be from even in the earlier days. But I have a feeling this will be the best out there and that’s what I’m hoping for! Can’t wait for this!
