Oh no not at all. It pretty much floats freely on the crank or whatever the main power axle is. Spins freely and with no resistance. On the other hand it definitely doesn't add any speed lol. Also with almost every little fall I had practicing wheelies i would have a pedal bend. No matter what brand they bend. It was a $50 purchase each time they bent.

Oh for sure. Make sure you have proper tires. Full throttle and hold on.

@ltsjoeyy oh yea you definitely don't want to let your bike sit outside in the cold if your not riding it. I found that the battery stayed normal temp after a 2 hour winter ride and the motor was nicely warm but not hot. My garage stays around 60 degrees for reference.

@@JoshTheElectric that’s sweet man I’m hoping to get one soon I’m in Canada so winter is coming I saw the xxx black comes with the supermoto wheels so I’ll probably have to get a set for winter , can I ask what wheel set you have for winter riding ?

@@JoshTheElectricI never had an issue leaving mine outside in 0 degree temperatures and riding it to work. When it gets really cold it automatically disables regen and the motors sound a bit different. I think if you let it warm up before charging it isn’t too bad.

Just unplug from in front of your handlebar. Each brake lever has 2 wires coming off just don't mess with your mineral oil wire and your good.

At first I would say yes just to save some room because it is big off the back of the truck. But now after using it it's a pretty good design. 👍

Yea in went a couple times over the last 2 weeks. 1 time it was raining all day (this video) the other was just last Sunday and I went further down just like you said to stepping stone falls and such. You can definitely here both. My mic pics up everything super clear since I'm not wearing a full face helmet. Those tend to block out all the surrounding noise perfectly. But I can't look like I'm out here going crazy so I use the hair protector helmet.

It definitely will. The heavier you are the harder it is gonna be, but I'm 165 and the suspension works well for me just jumping little stuff.

A agree with @justinb1488. Also for about $1500 total you can have a great front and rear suspension but that's also why our bikes were just over 3k total which is a steal.

Yes I just slapped some warp 9 handlebars on and they fit perfect to the factory stem. Don't cheap out with Amazon bars as they will bend after a crash. These have held up for a year with no scratches in the paint after alot of crashes.
