Last house is great and $250,000 would be a deal with all fees included! BUT, how much land as I would be happy with the front and 2 sides and back view though no interest in obtaining or managing all that is out back. Stunning place. Guess firewood can be brought in by a company? Imagine it is on a well for water and septic, not hooked to City water or sewer? WOW though! Someone will be quite fortunate.

Hi Rino, what a great property to renovate. I would love to look at Chieti as an option after I arrive in April and get situated. I don't like PEscara at all all new and not my kind of place. When you see the discoloration on the ceiling/walls from possible former water damage, does that plaster have to be redone or does it just need to be repainted? I am not sure how that goes. I am used to the sheetrock we have in the US where if it gets wet it has to come down and get replaced. I really like the way the staircase curves around. I think that is cool. The bathroom definitely needs some reconfiguring. That little doorway was too cramped. I had another question. It seemed like the houses around this one had been redone, or at least the painted outside looked fresh. I did notice they all seemed to be the same color. Is that a requirement? I know some places have specific colors you can paint, but I think it looks nice when there is a little bit of contrast from on home to another. Thanks and cheers to another good video!

That bathroom is a big problem

I would think this might work as an Airbnb property considering its size. One might want to rework that bathroom to not have those awkward stairs up to the toilet/shower area, but not sure that would work with the other staircase underneath. I like the summary at the end, and I think you should do this on every video. Hope you're feeling better, Rino!

I can see the potential. The location is great

Location is great. My personal feeling on this one is that it should be a flip for student rental as opposed to a lock up and leave property for expats. The rooms are too small to be trully functional. That bathroom has been squeezed in there with too many fixtures. I'd remove tub and bidet for a shower only and move the sink so the wall can be taken out. Putting €60k is a big ask for this place despite low sale price.

Yes, I like the idea of you just discussing different topics. Do more! I know your business primarily focuses on the eastern part of Abruzzo, with the Chieti area being your home, I think. It may be interesting to compare the areas of Abruzzo you’re familiar with to areas you’re NOT so familiar with. Perhaps, for this idea, you could invite other guests (other real estate people?) from those areas to discuss their area. I am curious about the L’Aquila province, but I cannot find English-language content about it, especially regarding real estate or what to keep in mind as a property buyer there.

That's actually a very nice property with lots of space in a quiet location. You're right, that big shed full of junk needs to go so you can really have a nice view from that big terrace.

As you said there are lots of others on you tube and elsewhere doing it, but please don’t be discouraged by that as there’s never too many.
